Head Of 'Militias' Was Set Up By Gov. Michelle Grisham and Attorney General Hector Balderas - Smokes & Mirrors
He wasn’t arrested for leading a militia. That right is guaranteed in our constitution.It’s not illegal to lead or be part of a militia. They can make citizen arrests as well on felonies and people entering our country illegally are committing felonies.

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Friday lashed out at members of a militia group who are stopping migrants at the border, declaring “regular citizens have no authority to arrest or detain anyone.”
The American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico has demanded that Lujan Grisham and New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas investigate the militia organization, United Constitutional Patriots. Some of the group’s members are armed.
“That migrant families might be menaced or threatened in any way, shape or form when they arrive at our border — often times after an unimaginably arduous journey — is completely unacceptable,” Lujan Grisham said in an email to NBC News.
“It should go without saying that regular citizens have no authority to arrest or detain anyone,” she said. “My office and our state police are coordinating with the Attorney General’s Office and local police to determine what has gone on and what can be done.”
Balderas warned in a statement that “these individuals should not attempt to exercise authority reserved for law enforcement,” he said.

On the surface of it the Governor is right in that the initial tariff for the crime is 6 months, however in the US crimes are cumulative and the person has to be detained to find out what they are, so a citizens arrest is allowed as long as the person is turned over immedately to law enforcement.(Chapter 31 – Criminal Procedure
Article 4 – Extradition
Section 31-4-14 – Arrest without a warrant. (1937)) if that person is a first offender it is likely they will be deported immedately since the arrest will not be valid since the offence carries the tariff of only 6 months, if they are a repeat offender, or are committing other crimes at the time of capture the tariff would be over 1 year and the arrest would be valid. It is not the same as”regular citizens have no authority to arrest or detain anyone” since they do and always have since the colonies were founded. It just means illegal entry into the US means a person ‘has’ to be detained under Illegal Entry”/8 U.S.C. 1325 to find out if Illegal Re-Entry”/8 U.S.C. 1326 applies which is a 2 year tariff.
Looks like the governor of Arizona needs to be arrested but arrested her competition because they let out the truth about the governor. She is committing treason by just sitting her FAT ass in office.
