Above photo shows geological speculation about Tessellated Pavement in Tasmania.

However, the combination of the following features shows the unique tessellated pavement was not formed by nature:
1. Rocks rarely crack with numerous long, thin, straight lines like these: [link to wretchfossil.blogspot.com] (see the seventh photo).
2. Rocks rarely show large, flat surfaces such as these:

(b) [link to wretchfossil.blogspot.com] (see the fourth and seventh photo)
3. Rocks rarely have large flat surfaces meeting in right angles such as these:

Geologists claim the “rocks” are 160 million to 60 million years old (see photo at top).
4. Rocks did not form other rectangles such as these: [link to wretchfossil.blogspot.com]
5. Evidence for man-made pavement: https://www.flickr.com/search/?user_id=12527956%40N07&sort=date-taken-desc&text=tessellated%20pavement&view_all=1

Above five features are not to be considered separately.

In view of the above, the Tessellated Pavement in Tasmania should have been made by prehistoric civilization, just like this column in Tasmania: This Pillar Falsifies the Theory of Evolution.

Added on Jan. 30: Stresses in the Earth’s Crust Didn’t Create Those Rectangles.
Geologists claim: “The flat-lying siltstone (in Tessellated Pavement) was cracked by stresses in the Earth’s crust.” (note 1). However, there is no way that the Earth’s stresses can create numerous rectangular cracks (note 2) on Tessellated Pavement in Tasmania. Tessellated Pavement is actually a very small place in Google map:
