Hope

This year, 2019, is the first time in 3 years that there are no planned transitions. It is quite
strange to not be planning and making the actual household move with mighty clearing…or
more sacred, holding the high watch and tending to my father and our precious shih tzu, Tess.
So here I am – a new year, a new “calendar”. While the calendar is filling up, there is also a
sense of openness with the ability to make unique choices…so I am following my intuition and it
is leading me down a magical path. This is what I have so far.
To be an influence of HOPE in all that I be and do…
H – healing
O – optimism
P – peace
E – empowerment
…as a wife, a sister, an auntie, an adopted mother and grandmother, a friend, a colleague, a
leader, a spiritual practitioner, a co-worker, a planner for good, an earth advocate, an animal
lover, tree hugger, a fitness junkie, a nutritional wellness advisor…
Soul nourishing, self-care…
To get back to the woods, the country, release pain-body, daily spiritual practice, satisfy
curiosities, travel, experience the arts; theater, museums, concerts…
Ever unfolding…simple life, fearless life.
