When you are hungry and thirsty due to a lack of clean water and healthy food everything else will fall by the waste side. We never know when we will be impacted. This is a good reason NOT to have a tankless water heater. Having a standard tank heater = 40 to 50 gallons of clean drinking water on hand. Just shut off the water source valve.

We have what? a few thousand more disasters waiting and many are much worse than this. Are you sure after all these chemicals poured into the river and ocean that people could even live on that coast? They know 70% of us live on a coast. Its quite convenient.
