Geneseo, IL –-(Ammoland.com)- Alchemy Custom Weaponry (ACW), maker of handcrafted 1911s designed by master gunsmith Rob Schauland, is pleased to introduce the new Prime Elite model 1911 for 2019.

The Prime Elite, a deluxe version of the ACW Prime, boasts elite gunsmith custom features including a NEW ACW extended magwell, a reverse crown barrel, gold bead front sight and an HRT (hostage rescue team) slide stop. Wood checkered grips are standard, but upgrades to smooth figured Walnut, Ironwood, American Holly and Ebony are also available. The Prime Elite is the highest quality and most accurate 1911 available in it’s price range. ACW offers an accuracy guarantee of 1.5 inches at 25 yards. The ACW 1911s are loaded with special features and custom designed enhancements directly from founder Rob Schauland.

Schauland’s 30-year career focusing on the 1911 has resulted in fine tuned gunsmithing skills, which are evident in the superb blending elements in his latest creation. His blending of the extended magwell is unmatched. Schauland’s custom designed front strap “Carry Comfort” checkering is unique in the industry, and offers a smoother edge for concealed carry. These types of additions enhance the Prime Elite model to a new level while maintaining an impressive price point.

The ACW Prime Elite is a .45 ACP 1911 with a proprietary forged 4140 frame and slide, and hand polished blued finish. It features a hand-fit match grade 5″ barrel, flush cut and crowned at 45 degrees. It has the ACW high grip modification, custom “Carry Comfort” front strap checkering, and checkered 1-piece billet steel magwell with rounded butt treatment and blended to the frame The medium length, smooth face trigger is set at 3.5 lbs. It comes with an ACW fixed rear sight with serrated sight picture and a gold bead front sight. It has an artisan grade hand filed carry bevel and traditional style billet spring guide and cap. MSRP is $2,999.00 and comes with two 8-round magazines.
