Killer Whales have only killed 2 humans in all history, both incidents happened at SeaWorld, by captured killer whales. And 1 of the deaths they think the man was drunk and fell in water drowned himself at 3am in morning. People swim with these guys in the wild everyday, unharmed.

No other whale beaches itself, but dolphins do, and since orcas are actually just huge dolphins – it fits
