Federal Judge’s Legal Logic Okays Assassination of Government Officials

A federal judge in Newark has thrown out a lawsuit against the New York Police Department for spying on New Jersey Muslims, saying if anyone was at fault, it was the Associated Press for telling people about it.

U.S. District Court Judge William J. Martini, in violation to his oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution while committing treason against the people, demonstrated how corrupt the judiciary has become while providing perverted legitimacy to law enforcement.  He personally legalized the targeting of Muslims based solely on their religious beliefs, and blamed the media for upsetting people by exposing what their government is doing.  He acted in a tyrannous fashion and personally destroyed the rule of law and replaced it with the rule of viciousness and powerful men.  The spirit of the law died along time ago, but now we even have the letter of the law being absolutely destroyed. 

Judge Martini’s claim is that since the people whose rights were being violated did not know about it until the media exposed it, the harm was done by the media who exposed these crimes as opposed to the government officials who perpetrated them.  With logic like this Judge Martini is engaging in a revolt against reason and perpetrating judicial violence against logic and justice.

Using Judge Martini’s logic I guess Americans can kill bankers, police, judges and politicians without any legal retribution because the deceased would need to be alive to claim his or her right to not be murdered.

By Judge Martini’s logic, if you walked up behind him and put a bullet in his head and he died before he could complain or feel any pain, then you are innocent of murder since he never knew what hit him, nor could anyone later tell him about what you did to him.  Let’s have Martini’s judicial “logic” apply fairly across the board.  Or, maybe he is the San 

When this reasoning is used as defense by citizens against government, one can see how truly twisted it is.  This means that if you kill a judge and someone tells on you, they are the ones who caused the harm because if nobody testified against you, you would have been innocent of the crime.  So, obviously the witnesses are at fault.

So now when a cop criminally beats a citizen to death, instead of just getting away with it with the help of lying police and judges, all Judge Santini has to find is that the harm was caused by the fact that people care and want to be safe from police brutality as opposed to the crime having been the result of the actual police tyrannies involving illegal brutality, malicious prosecution, torture and the murder of innocents.  By Judge Santini’s this logic, if you fail to care about the crime, then no harm is committed.  So, any crime you are a victim of is your fault because if you did not mind being molested and harmed, then no crime could have been committed against you.  All one needs to do is not mind having his or her  rights violated or being tortured or killed and then there is no harm.  Accordingly, its peoples’ responsibility to not mind being victimized so that no crime can then be committed against them.

When this type of diseased logic becomes the rule of law, government has lost its legitimacy.  With this loss of legitimacy it should also lose it right to rule.  With this type of logic it begins to become the peoples’ duty to oppose that government.  

The government, all of it, needs to be voted out and only libertarians should be elected who will prosecute those who have committed treason, engaged in tyranny that resulted in imprisonment, or violated the Constitution or international law by perpetrating torture, warrantless searches, assassinations, fraud, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

This government is an enemy of the people and its perversions grow more grotesque on a daily basis.  Instead of correcting itself, ceasing its crimes and redressing the peoples’ rightful grievances, this government gets increasingly worse.

Americans need to understand that sometimes you have to kill to save a nation from its tyrannous government.  Killing in this situation is okay.  You have to be willing to stand on your own.  You have to be willing to make the decision that your heart knows is correct.  You cannot allow government to influence you and prevent you from doing what you know is right.  You have to have faith in yourself and understand that sometimes you have to do things that are not part of who you are in order to protect and show who you are.  God does not take sides in these disputes, he allows you to create your reality.  Create a reality that shows who you are.  Do what you need to do to make that statement of who you are.  The government is at war with the people.  They began it and continue to wage it as opposed to providing justice and equality under the rule of law. They broke their contract with the people and destroyed the social compact.  They have no intention on stopping their crimes, but instead have decided to become greater oppressors and tyrant to protect their criminal rackets.  They will not stop, nor will they back off.  

Any patriot defending his country ought to be able to depend on his countrymen as jurors to vote him “Not Guilty”.   If there were ten thousand deaths and government finally decided to back off, then the fight would have been worth it and far less people would have died than what would have happened in a general uprising.

God allows you to create the reality that you want to create.  You can create the reality in which you cower in fear from tyrants, or you can create the reality in which a government is the servant of the people and justice prevails.

Adam Kokesh mentioned that it would be just to assassinate a politician to prevent an illegal war.  He argued that killing Romney for prosecuting an illegal war would be no different than killing Hitler for his illegal war.  After hearing this, the mainstream media went bonkers.  These same elites and the media that they control demonized Kokesh for suggesting that it is a better outcome to do to one politician exactly what politicians are willing to do to the common man by the millions.

The U.S. and its corrupt functionaries have no reservations about feeling it is their right and duty to send people to die by the millions to enforce their tyranny, nor do they mind the killing of millions who end up suffering under their tyranny.  The question is:  When will patriots begin to understand that they must oppose tyrants for their own sake, for the sake of their children, and for the sake of humanity itself?
