I Told You the Fireballs Were Not Going to Let Up – More Giant Meteors Light Up USA, We’re in for a Bumpy Ride.

• When: September 26th and 28th, 2013
• Where: All over the US
• What: Large emerald green/blue meteor(s?), alarming size, 2 fatalities

So, remember how a week ago, a gigantic meteor practically crashed in Texas, and startled everyone from Average Joe to Amateur Astronomer? Okay, maybe you don’t remember. Because barely any news outlet reported on it.

Luckily, you can read a full recap right here. The September 22nd shooting star that took Texas’ collective breath away was one of many, though – August and September have been RECORD-SETTING months for meteor activity! Less than a year ago, an asteroid hit Russia and injured thousands, the same day a meteor hit Cuba and shook windows and damaged buildings, the same day as the record-breaking flyby of Asteroid 2012 DA14 occurred… the sky absolutely is falling, guys.

Coincidence? Yeah Effing Right. Give me a BREAK, NASA.

Well, the show’s not over. Throughout August and September, the fireball watch site AMSMeteors.org has been drowning in reports. And not just any reports. Modern-day star gazers in the US, at least, have never seen fireballs – fireballS, not fireball! – this big and this close. (Too close, if you ask me.) In addition to the Texas area mass meteor sighting on the 22nd, the 26th and the 28th were also huge days for meteor sightings.

Pretty amazing! Or is it…?

The hotly anticipated Comet ISON is coming in November. Certainly some, if not all, of these falling stars are debris from ISON! I’m a little afraid of what Santa is bringing us for the holidays this year…

Although it was all rather beautiful, it ended in tragedy. The fireball that screamed over Ohio brought death – pieces of it hit the home of an elderly couple, who later died of smoke inhalation:

Remember how NASA said the asteroids in Russia and Cuba – the asteroids that were big and close enough to destroy buildings and injure people – were completely unrelated to the record-breaking flyby of Asteroid 2012 DA14? All occurred on the same day.

Remember how NASA didn’t predict any of these September fireballs? Well, I gather they totally and completely did predict them, and they know it’s all related. After all, I knew they were coming. Surely NASA did, too.

I’ve never seen such dramatic sightings ever in my time managing sites like TUS, and the MSM is usually good about providing coverage for these things.

So, why is NASA and the MSM so hush hush? TUS was the first English-language site to cover the Cuba meteor, and that’s not because I’m some amazing journalist! I just don’t get censored. So, does someone know something we don’t know?

Something is up in our solar system. And it seems the Mayans saw this coming from light years away. Either NASA isn’t as smart as the Mayans, or NASA is hiding something from us.

The bad news is they can’t really hide this from us. Not for long.
