For the millionth time since 1966, Nelson Rockefeller ordered up 2,500 exploding bolts out of 4,500 to instantly unbolt exterior perimeter panels to allow the military substitute jets in through the sides of each WTC tower. This had previously been tested out in the desert at a WTC prototype late 1968. The Kellogg nuke demolition system was tested early 1969, MINUTES before they decided to install the major component in Manhattan.
