Spooked beans - A promising new miner game with revolutionary tokenomics

Spooked Beans is a new miner game on the fantom network which is a hard fork of the popular ‘Baked Beans’ with a few key differences.

Spooked beans had a really successful launch bringing in over $1 million in Total value locked just off launch. Ever since, the contract has now declined to just over 300 000 Fantom. This is not exclusive to spooked beans as most of the other miner games have also experienced similar declines after launch. However, the team behind spooked beans has a plan.

How does the game work – Users deposit their $FTM into the contract (Note that the initial deposit cannot be withdrawn) and will receive beans for their FTM. They will then receive 8% a day based on the value of their beans. The value of beans fluctuates constantly based on factors like TVL.

Rug insurance – Spooked beans has a 2% dev fee. 1% of that goes to the ‘rug insurance’ which is a fund that repays ‘rugged souls’ which are people who have been rugged from other projects. The team believes in the community spirit and that no one deserves to be rugged. So far they have given out over $15 000 to victims of the golden goose rug

DaaS Hybrid/Genesis Wallet – To reduce the enormous advantage that bots have off launch, spooked beans used 10 genesis wallets and inject funds into the miner. They then used the funds from the genesis wallets (Over 70 000 FTM) and invested into in yield farming projects like MMF-USDT and TOMB-MAI to earn a profit which will be injected back into the miner. This means that the miner will not constantly rely on fresh capital to sustain itself and it may become one of the first ever truly sustainable miner.

What does the future hold?
Spooked beans has announced that they will be launching a new ‘Fair Miner’ which is different from everything else currently out there. The code has been written from scratch in order to let people join at any time and not be at a severe disadvantage. A tax from this miner will feed into the V1 miner adding utility and reducing the constant need for fresh capital to sustain the contract.

NFT partnerships - Spooked beans is also working on an NFT partnership. Details off this are not yet public but it will add utility to the miner in some way.

Merchandise - Spooked beans merch is also on the roadmap and funds from the sales of merch will be used to the benefit of the project.
