Story 1: The Lead Story: “Kopitke Containment & Eradication Solution Plan.” Behold! This is my “Kopitke Containment & Eradication Solution Plan” which is my plan for winning the Virus Pandemic War. Here is part of it, and I will keep expanding and revising on my Facebook page under the bio section as new data comes into play.
My Plan has 100 “Steps.” Here are some of them. It is the best possible way that we as a nation can fight this war against the COVID-19. Unless we act in a serious manner, we face a total breakdown of our military, civil authority, health systems, utilities, social stability, and economy.
Please kindly allow me to lay out my “Kopitke Containment & Eradication Solution Plan.” It is a National Quarantine Shutdown.

The version featured in my Blog is from the 28th of March edition, but the most updated version is found on my Facebook page, as I will use the Facebook Bio section for updates and revisions.
We have to contain this to shut it down, or it will spread and we will be dropping a 1,000 people a day; plus. Outside of my “Kopitke Containment & Eradication Solution Plan” proposal, I have not seen a serious National Containment Plan from anyone else.
So I hope you will widely share it in detail and hopefully others will come up with their own proposals before it is too late. Just telling folks to stay inside for 30 days does not end the spread of the infections.
Throughout the Ages of Mankind, wars have been won or lost through key battles; often the decisive factor in these key battles was determined by who had the best tactics; indeed; tactics … tactics … and tactics. A tactical plan must include containment that leads to eradication. We must begin to look at COVID-19 as a WAR; in fact we have to break it down to 50 battles for 50 states. Actually more, because large cities will need their own Battle Plan, and the other parts of states their own unique battle plans, as well as American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia.
My Plan has 60 steps; here are the first 7. The others are found on my Blog, and updated on my Facebook page bio section; or email me and I can send a “Word Doc.”
Step 1: We begin a 90 Day National Lockdown Quarantine as an entire nation. Step 2: Seal our national borders. Step 3: Each state must seal their borders. Large cities would be sealed off in sections, and would be sealed off from the rest of the state. A ten mile, or so, circle around Washington D.C. would need to be enacted so federal employees can function. Step 4: All residents within their respective states, must be tested following the closure of state borders. Step 4: Residents must remain in their homes/apartments for 90 days. Step 5: Federal, State, County and Local Governments will deliver one box of food to each house & apartment during the lockdown. Each “box” will contain enough food for one week. Step 6: All Americans will undergo a 2nd test during week two. Step 7: All businesses will shut except extra critical needs medical manufacturing, utilities, farming, food production, and Defense related. Step 8: All Americans will undergo a 3rd test during week four.
Step 9: All Americans will undergo a 4th test during week six.
Step 10: All Americans will undergo a 5th test during week eight.
Step 11: All Americans will undergo a 6th test during week ten.
Step 12: All Americans will undergo a 7th test during week twelve.
Step 13: All Americans will continued to be tested once a month for at least one year.
Step14: Those breaking the National Lockdown Quarantine will be arrested and placed in a holding area for six months or longer.
Step 15: After the 90 National Lockdown Quarantine has completed, as states and counties go 30 days without new cases, within state (county) movements can begin. If within that geographic area, positive infections are found, — then they would start again another 90 Lockdown Quarantine cycle.
Step 16: During the National Lockdown Quarantine, rent, utilities, mortgage, car payments, farm mortgages, student loan, credit card, and other such monthly payments will be suspended. Actions from bill collectors and garnishments will also be stopped.
Step 17: All American Citizens will receive a monthly Pandemic Economic Stimulus Check of $3,000 — except for those with over $200,000 income a year.
Step 18: In some cases, mobile homes for family members of staff working in nuclear power plants, utilities, should be moved close in to the workplace.
Step 19: We need to have backup teams that can be flown to other nations in case their critical care nuclear power plant employees become sick; we cannot allow nuclear power plants to have meltdowns. We also have to have backup teams that can fly and remove leaders of nations in the event of civil unrest in other nations.
Step 20: A number of countries have Bio Research Labs, including some research facilities, that have onsite biological substances, that if allowed to leak could bring in another new pandemic. We need to be working with other nations now to ensure those substances are secure in case of civil unrest in those nations. We need to have backup teams ready and familiar with each of those potential sites in case the balloon goes up.
Step 21: Here in the United States, we have some research facilities at universities and at corporations that have onsite biological substances, that if allowed to leak could bring in another new pandemic. DOD needs to maintain a National List of such projects and locations and what substances are onsite. Those projects should either be shutdown, or transferred to a very secure site. There should be backup teams in ready, and familiar with each location as well as substances therein these various locations. This list should already exist with the Department of Energy, the FDA and the CDC, but given that these agencies are controlled by political appointees, who – in some cases – were appointed based on the recommendations of political donors – may not have the capacity to lead out here.
Step 22: We also need a National Pandemic Patient List of everyone who becomes infected, and how they were treated, and with what drugs, and their case history. We need this for study purposes, and in tracking treatment, and drug options. This should be a public database with real names removed and replaced with a unique numeric code. The reason we need this public is so that the armature, and semiprofessional, and professional, researchers — can research. We need all hands on deck and everyone responding to the sound of the American Bugle.

Step 23: “Martial Law” should not be declared; all of these action items can be done under provisions of a “State of Emergency.”
Step 24: In time there will be a vaccine. We have to be careful here as the FDA, CDC, WHO, Democrats and Republicans have, according to some, sold out to the huge political donations from Big Pharmaceutical corporations which have seen industry insiders appointed to federal agencies in critical oversight positions, thus compromising the safety of current vaccines, and the development of future vaccines. We have witnessed as the number of recommended vaccines has increased over the last decades that the amount of children with developmental disabilities has skyrocketed; now 1 in 2 children. The MMR vaccine causes autism; my son was fine until his MMR; 45 minutes later his brain had been blasted into autism. Now 1 in 28 boys has autism, another university study claims it is worse than that. Now our vaccines contain the DNA from pigs, mice, dogs, insects and monkeys, plus the DNA from aborted male and female fetuses. Of course children will have a developmental disability. So when a vaccine becomes available, DOD needs to have their own team of researchers; of unbiased researchers.
Step 25: We have to be careful of the claim of “Herd Immunity” which claims that if enough people become sick, that the population will develop an immunity. This could be true, or it could be just a slick Big Pharmaceutical corporation marketing tool. There is data that suggestions both sides of the debate. We can’t afford to be wrong here. Droplets may cause reinfection in humans due to a lack of the body’s ability to produce antibodies.
Step 26: Testing needs to be performed on how long this virus lasts on surfaces. At first we were told 2 days, and then it went up to 9 days, now the CDC is telling us it was found active after 17 days on a passenger ship. We are told it can be active for 30 minutes airborne. Who is performing the actual testing on this virus; where is the Peer Review process; all of this data should be made available to the public for others to replicate, and also to be tested from other perspectives.
Step 27: We knew about this virus back in December (if not earlier), and we still do not have a National Manufacturing Capacity to build thousands of ventilators, as well as PPE suits, N-95 masks and other masks, gloves and testing equipment. This is not rocket science here folks; the DOD needs to set up a National Pandemic Manufacturing Team and immediately be calling corporations and invite them to help now – those corporations who do not help will not be allowed to bid on future Department of Defense Projects. Every state should have their own factories building these items. Instead of Governors and Mayors crying over a lack of federal response they should be on the phone to local manufactures asking them to retool, with the same wisdom that if they do not help, there will be no government contracts available to them in the future. DOD has to lead here because these Democrats and Republicans at the local, state and federal level are too weak kneed to “talk” to their political donors who own and operate these manufacturing corporations.
Step 28: We also need to ensure quality. Some N-95 masks being sold have flaws; one observer wrote: some “of N95 Respirator Masks have pores the size of 0.3 microns — the corona virus (COVID-19) particle size is 0.120 micron to 0.125 micron in size – COVID-19 Virus is less half the size …” Quality of personal protective equipment (PPE) must be secured. The photo of three nurses wearing black garbage bags as protective gowns at Mount Sinai West hospital should haunt us into action. Doctors and Nurses need full body protective suits; that is what lowered the numbers of Chinese doctors and nurses infected.
Step 29: We used to consider a14 day quarantine was enough; now we know it must be much longer; in fact those who are still suggesting just a14 day quarantine look dangerously inept. 60 to 90 days would be safer and prudent. (Harshly worded to enhance thinking ability creation). Part of the increase from 14 days to 60 to 90 days is due to data that has been stated that people may be infected and spreading the virus without showing any symptoms. This ranges from 5 days and up before they show symptoms. We also have some data, that claims to show some patients who were sent home come back sick shortly after being released from hospitals. There is also some data that claims to show that some that are sent home because they were “cleared” may still be shedding and causing others to be infected. We used to think that “Social Distancing” of six feet worked, but then we learned that the virus can be active for 30 minutes in the air. Six feet works for some but not if a nearby person is coughing, or someone else has been coughing earlier. What we know about COVID-19 is that we don’t know. Every day, we receive new data.

Step 31: Ships at sea carrying cargo or persons should remain off shore for 90 days before being allowed to dock. This time is needed to ensure cargo is not infected, and the crew is not infected.
Step 32: Even after about four months we still do not understand how this virus mutates. We have one group of scientists in Iceland stating they have seen 40 mutations while another group of scientists claim it is not mutating very much.
Step 33: We still have no idea where this virus originated. China is blocking key data; that alone tells us a great deal. Did it start in a wet market in Wuhan when it jumped from a bat to a human, or is it a human designed bio weapon that leaked from a nearby Level 4 Bio Lab? We should think to error on the side of a worst case scenario; we should presume it is a bio weapon designed to kill and to mutate. Normally, when a nation invents a bio –weapon, they also invent an antidote for self preservation.
Step 34: For years, I have said that our Monthly Trade Deficit was building the world’s greatest military might — China. We financed their Bio Lab through our Trade Deficit. We must bring our factories home, with some going to Mexico and Central America. We funded the economies of Japan and Germany pre World War II; we saw how that worked out in American Blood. We are now starting to see shortages of prescription drugs being reported. Many of our prescription drugs are imported from China and other nations; we need to fix that.
This COVID-19 seems to have a Life Cycle of days to weeks to months before the deadly elements die off. “Containment” must lead to “full eradication” or it will grow back in deadly force. We have a family this week in New Jersey that has had four members die; two more are alive with ventilators. We have this week, a Mayor in a town in Italy stating that since early March seventy (70) persons have died; ten in the hospital and sixty were found alone in their houses and apartments during “wellness checks.” In a family living in Missouri, five members are positive, and doctors report the five members are showing different symptoms. Again, what we know about COVID-19 is that we don’t know.
Step 35: Mother England has invented a rapid finger prick test that gives results in about 15 minutes; why can’t we invent such a device? Why is this not being manufactured here?
Step 36: Our borders must be closed and sealed if we are going to eradicate this virus. People at the border have to be turned back. This will be difficult to accomplish because of the payoffs from the drug smuggling and child trafficking. This is essential in fighting COVID-19, and perhaps the next wave – Hantavirus.
Step 37: We have to understand how deadly this is and act accordingly. Each day, death records are being broken. 300 then 400, then 500, then 600, then 700. I offer this “Kopitke Containment Solution Plan” as an offering of Love to the American People. If it is followed, we should have contained growth and begun eradication. Some parts of the country will take longer, but much of the USA should be Free again.
Step 38: The 10th day of each month should be Declared a Day of Repentance, Fasting and Prayer.

Story 2: The Economy: With our massive trade deficit, Americans don’t have money to shop, and thus stores are closing in mass. This is a tactical plan by the Globalists to tank our economy. This is a literal American Retail and Shopping Mall Apocalypse by the Globalists of the One World Government of the New World Order.
