The rule of law is unjust because the peoples Unalienable and Preamble liberty is harmed. The policy of jail is unjust, because the policy of jail is slavery, as was slavery that was forced on “niggers” with the rule of law, but the rule of law is just hate and intolerance, enforced with domestic violence.

Most laws do not support the Unalienable Rights of the American People that are inalienable, that means they are held by the people and the government can not violate your Unalienable Rights that are a democratic immunity to tyranny.

The Peoples Unalienable Rights being violated is unjust. The Preamble of the US Constitution is to support the welfare of the people, the tranquility of the people, and the liberty of the People. Failure to do so is unjust.

Laws that violate the Unalienable Rights of the American People are unjust. That Laws do not support the Unalienable Rights of The American people that is liberty. Justice depends on the individual. Some people think of justice to kill and harm people, but that is unjust because that would violate the Unalienable Rights of the American People. The War On Drugs is unjust. The Unalienable Rights of the American People are inalienable. HARM has been caused to the American People and their families with government tyranny that is domestic violence.

There needs to be equality by respecting the Unalienable Rights of the American People. Slavery was a law, but the Unalienable Rights of “niggers” were not being upheld or respected, so laws that do not support the Unalienable Rights of the American People are unjust and unconstitutional.

The People can not have tranquility unless the American people are happy. In the second Paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, the word AMONG these is stated, thus the Unalienable Rights of the American People are not limited to Life, liberty, and happiness.

Coerced compliance to the rule of law is unjust by the people in government using threats and acts of domestic violence to force rules on the American People that none of the people consented to. The States forced slavery on Africans, and the States created unjust stay-at-home orders by making it illegal for people to get a haircut or to have the most basic liberty in America, as none of the people resisted the state assaulting the American Peoples Unalienable Rights to their own inalienable right to life, liberty, and happiness.

Likewise, the States are an Independent, co-equal branch of government, as are the People declared in the 9th Amendment of the US Constitution, because in the Declaration of Independence, the founding document of America and the US Constitution, the Unalienable Rights of the American People are inalienable.  

The Patriot Act is named the Patriot Act because in China and Saudi Arabia, being critical of any government is terrorism. The way the CIA wipes out nations is first to corrupt the government, then strop the rights away from the People, then anyone that is critical of the government will be repressed, so a democracy can be transcended into a dictatorship, as the Rule of Law will be with 1 nation, the United Nations, because international law overrides state and federal laws. Considering China and North Korea are on the United Nations Human Rights Council, America has no idea what is coming for Democracy. National Security is how dictatorships are created.

To turn a democracy into a dictatorship, ignorance of the peoples natural rights is the most effective weapon. In the Declaration of Independence, it states    We The People. The People can break their political bonds at any time and withdrawal consent to be governed from people we don’t even know that harass your Unalienable Rights and the Natural Rights of the American People.
