The Deceptive Art of Perception Management

Throughout human history, governments have been interested in “mastering the human domain.” The mind control of their populations, what we once called propaganda, is now called perception management, political diplomacy and other such deceptive names.  This theme is echoed in the slogan for Jade Helm, “Mastering the human domain.”
The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which was just updated for 2016, provides that the Department of Defense, through the Broadcasting Board of Governors, controls all broadcasting both international and domestic.  Therefore, Obama is acting legally carrying out “false flag” events inside the US borders.  Obama is not a traitor for this activity; he is a lawyer who made it legal to be a traitor.  Obama is not only at war with Syria, Libya, Iraq, Somalia and Yemen; he is also at war with Americans who don’t support his policies.

Obama has made a commitment to disarm Americans called the United Nation’s Small Arms Treaty.  This treaty is consistent with his efforts to dismantle the Second Amendment.  It is this motivation that seems to have driven his non-stop agenda for disarming America and empowering the executive branch of the government, i.e., his own agenda of bombing sovereign nations and bringing America under the control of the United Nations and his administration.  This, coupled with his continued efforts to broaden his powers through the NDAA, Executive Orders, and Presidential Policy Directives creates a clear picture of manipulating public sentiment with the force of a military war on his American opponents.

United Nations Small Arms Treaty

In 2011 Obama signed the United Nations Small Arms Treaty and since then there have been 108 mass shootings in America in less than a 4-year period.  In the four years before Obama was elected (2003-2007) there was a total of 27 mass shootings. Prior to 2003 there was an average of 2.5 mass shootings per year.  In 2015 alone, there have been over 58. That is over 20 times higher than it was before. (MSA Data, 2015)

The Small Arms Guns Treaty has been passed by the UN and is ready to go into effect across the world. The treaty passed in the general assembly in April 2013.  The treaty, which seeks to prevent and control the illicit trade of weapons while regulating the international trade of them, includes measures such as creating a national gun registry; mandating control of firearms and ammunition; regulating the manufacture of gun parts; and limiting stores’ ability to sell firearms. The NRA and a bipartisan majority of pro-gun Senators have succeeded in blocking this treaty’s ratification in the United States.  This treaty violates the Second Amendment.  For any UN treaty to have any effect on American laws, it must first be ratified by a two-thirds majority of the Senate.

The Broadcasting Board of Governors is not new as it was created from SMA; although today it is quite a different agency as you will read.  Originally, this agency claimed to “inform, engage, and connect people around the world in support of freedom and democracy.”

The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act (2012) reads:

Sec. 501. (a) The Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors are authorized to use funds appropriated or otherwise made available for public diplomacy information programs to provide for the preparation, dissemination, and use of information intended for foreign audiences abroad about the United States, its people, and its policies, through press, publications, radio, motion pictures, the Internet, and other information media, including social media, and through information centers, instructors, and other direct or indirect means of communication.
(b)(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors may, upon request and reimbursement of the reasonable costs incurred in fulfilling such a request, make available, in the United States, motion pictures, films, video, audio, and other materials prepared for dissemination abroad or disseminated abroad.
According to Michael Hastings:  “The new law would give sweeping powers to the State Department and Pentagon to push television, radio, newspaper, and social media onto the U.S. public.”
“It removes the protection for Americans,” says a Pentagon official who is concerned about the law. “It removes oversight from the people who want to put out this information. There are no checks and balances. No one knows if the information is accurate, partially accurate, or entirely false.”

Like many of you, we believe that 9-11 was a false flag event. We don’t know exactly who, what, why and how, but we know that when overwhelming circumstantial evidence points in the opposite direction of the official story, something is wrong.  So, when the Sandy Hook and San Bernardino events unfolded, we became very uneasy as these events seemed to be a new type of false flag.  In both events, the president was demanding that Americans give up their guns and constitutional rights even before the fake pools of blood on the steps of the Sandy Hook school dried. 
Actually, the pools of blood on the sidewalk at Sandy Hook were the first indicator of fraud: two uncoagulated pools of liquid blood without a trail of blood, without any victims ever coming out of the building to “make” the pools, and authorities ignoring them and not even treating them as part of a crime scene.  Every picture we saw or video we listened to was completely fake and looked more like a drill.  Nothing added up.  In San Bernardino there were ten different “black SUV” pictures released that are completely contradictory.  An alarm kept going off in our heads saying, “Why are they purposely releasing contrary evidence as though they didn’t care that the evidence made them complicit with a crime, or even treason?”

Perception Management

Any presidential policy may be accompanied by broadcasts that use subliminal programming as part of perception management.  These mechanisms that squelch dissent have been used since the Reagan Administration to shape public opinion to support administrative policies.  Wars require domestic support and these “black ops” programs started to use the “PSY-OPS” tools of the military.  DARPA, the research and development arm of the military, has created many tools to control the enemy through media that shapes public perception, which we will elucidate later in this article.  It is called perception management and has been used legally in advertising since the late seventies and also in electronic warfare throughout the world to “brain-wash” our enemies and shape their perception and opinion of America.

The only question left was the issue of what the goal of the president (or the real powers behind him—the Council on Foreign Relations) might be, besides the obvious one of having few people who disagree with his policies.  We then studied the United Nations Small Arms Treaty which Obama signed in 2011, but couldn’t get Congress to ratify.  In this treaty we found the goal Obama is driving towards — disarm America, with the help of the United Nations.  But two things have to happen: 1) we have to give up our guns or have them taken from us and 2) the UN has to have a military presence in our country.  Keep in mind that the United Nations cannot have a military presence in our country, unless invited.

If you have followed Sandy Hook and San Bernardino you realize that no one (except the patsies) are killed.  No one dies; therefore, no crime has been committed.  This knowledge gave us some comfort, but raised many questions concerning false flag events in America. 

What is the goal of the recent (since 2012) false flag events?
Who gains from the appearance of insidious criminal events?
What mechanisms are used to silence so many participants, i.e. paid crisis actors, government agencies?
How do these agencies “get away with” using creating lies, distortions, and false flags?  Wouldn’t that be called propaganda?

False Flags were used to create conscious and “unconscious” support of a national gun grab.  Sandy Hook was the most heinous “example” of what “guns do.”  Incredible anti-gun sentiment was created by Sandy Hook and people still reel from it with anger and hatred for “people on drugs” and “gun lovers.”  San Bernardino happened right before the congressional vote on gun control.  And even with images of San Bernardino a day before the congressional vote on gun control, Obama lost his attempt for gun restrictions.

While it is a commonly known fact that the CIA utilizes foreign terror groups to destabilize governments targeted by the United States, a much lesser-known fact is that numerous whistleblowers have come forward to claim that U.S. intelligence services not only use terrorism to achieve foreign policy goals, but to actually create domestic terror incidents to “blind the masses.”

The most recent intelligence whistleblower is David Steele, a 20-year Marine Corps intelligence officer, and the second-highest-ranking civilian in the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence.

Steele, a former CIA clandestine services case officer, had this to say:
“Most terrorists are false flag terrorists, or are created by our own security services. In the United States, every single terrorist incident we have had has been a false flag, or has been an informant pushed on by the FBI. In fact, we now have citizens taking out restraining orders against FBI informants that are trying to incite terrorism. We’ve become a lunatic asylum.”

Many people are confused as to what a false flag attack entails. A commonly held misperception is that there is no actual incident/event and it was all staged, but this definition is critically flawed, as a false flag attack actually describes a covert operation that is designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.

Under this legislative proposal, once a public health emergency is declared, governors and state public health authorities would be granted greatly expanded police powers. While a few other actions are enumerated, I want to bring to your attention 10 main powers conveyed into the hands of only a very few individuals by this model plan.
Under the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, upon the declaration of a “public health emergency,” governors and public health officials would be empowered to:

Force individuals suspected of harboring an “infectious disease” to undergo medical examinations.

Track and share an individual’s personal health information, including genetic information.

Force persons to be vaccinated, treated, or quarantined for infectious diseases.

Mandate that all health care providers report all cases of persons who harbor any illness or health condition that may be caused by an epidemic or an infectious agent and might pose a “substantial risk” to a “significant number of people or cause a long-term disability.” (Note: Neither “substantial risk” nor “significant number” are defined in the draft.)

Force pharmacists to report any unusual or any increased prescription rates that may be caused by epidemic diseases.

Preempt existing state laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to privacy, medical licensure, and–this is key–property rights.

Control public and private property during a public health emergency, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, nursing homes, other health care facilities, and communications devices.

Mobilize all or any part of the “organized militia into service to the state to help enforce the state’s orders.”

Ration firearms, explosives, food, fuel and alcoholic beverages, among other commodities.

Impose fines and penalties to enforce their orders.

As you can imagine, citizens across the country–at least the ones who were informed about it–were quite concerned about this model legislation. The American Legislative Exchange Council and other groups immediately began tracking the issue and reporting on how such legislation could affect citizens’ individual freedoms and property rights. As Time magazine recently reported, gun activists were some of the strongest and most influential opponents.
Consequently, a revised model bill was released on December 21, 2001. Both models–which the states are using in formulating legislation–are on line at www.publichealthlaw.net. I encourage you to read them.

Essentially, the DOJ (under Eric Holder) openly allowed guns to fall into the hands of drug cartels, hoping those guns would be used in a wave of violence that could be invoked to call for nationwide gun bans.

Antidepressant drugs cause diabetes, and once a patient has diabetes, they are prescribed more drugs to control blood sugar. This, in turn, often leads to obesity, heart disease and a long list of other symptoms which are also treated with drugs.

Second-generation warfare involves indirect fire such as artillery and long-range arrows being used in combat.

FORTH GENERATION WARFARE
The fourth generation of warfare – guerilla warfare – follows soon after. Communist leaders such as Mao Tse-Tung and Ho Chi Minh are masters of this concept, with Prather saying most U.S. generals are not. The Prather Point host adds that the first phase of guerrilla warfare involves centralizing and collectivizing the political base. He says the left has done this through the mainstream media, Antifa and corrupt Democratic lawmakers.

FIFTH GENERATION WARFARE
Now, Prather says the world is currently in the fifth generation of warfare that involves information and influence. He says the U.S. lost this war in China back in 2020. Quoting intelligence from Beijing, Prather adds that the U.S. being preoccupied with internal arguments is a crucial sign that it is “losing the human terrain.”
Furthermore, the former intelligence operative elaborates that the 9/11 terrorist attack is an example of ongoing fourth-generation warfare. “[That’s] a perfect example of third-world folks taking first-world technology and using it in fourth-generation warfare as improvised weaponry. That is, the planes as bombs,” Prather says.
He adds: “That’s still what’s going on. That has been repeated in China, Vietnam, Somalia [and] in Syria.” According to Prather, generals are unable to respond because they fail to understand the concept of guerrilla warfare – having been used to the first, second and third generations. Prather cites his exposure of the Drug Enforcement Administration‘s (DEA) illicit agreement with the Mexican Sinaloa Cartel. Under the deal, the DEA would conduct gun-running operations in Mexico while the cartel would run drugs in the United States.

Jade Helm Leadership Kept In the Dark
I have previously reported on how my sources who have current connections to Special Operations Forces leadership, have been told by their former colleagues that the field command leadership of Jade Helm is being kept in the dark as to the full scope and true purpose of Jade Helm. I have repeatedly been told that Jade Helm is highly compartmentalized and the commanders are extremely concerned about what is coming and what the Jade Helm leadership and their men are going to be ordered to do. Late Saturday night, I was given the summary of a three-minute conversation which took place earlier that day in which some military types and their former colleagues have deduced the fact that Jade Helm is absolutely about controlling civil unrest.  During the course of the call, it was stated that the CIA has been using Kiev as a beta test, since April of 2014, in order to best decide how to control the American people when they have finally had enough and take to the streets armed with everything from pitchforks to AR-15′s. Coincidentally, I received the following email conversation from an individual who refused to allow me to use his name (I do know the identity) in relation to his personal Jade Helm training in Northern Michigan in which the Marine Corps Reserve trained with foreign troops in a mock American town in order to quell domestic violence. So much for the claim that Jade Helm is only designed to train for wars in the Middle East. If Jade Helm had anything to do with training in the Middle East, the drill would be conducted in “sand boxes” near Yuma, AZ., or in the California desert, but that is not what we are seeing. _____
Dave, I’d like to anonymously direct your attention to the recent “Arctic Eagle” drills in Michigan, which I believe were derivatives of Jade Helm. Essentially, the Marine Corps Reserve (of which I am a part), Danish homeguard, and National Guard collectively trained in the new $19 million CACTF facility (which is modeled after an American town) for a domestic threat (the National Guard’s own admission).
