A massive reduction of the world’s population, again, primarily and in a first step, the western population or Global North – many or most of them are considered by the ruling elite, “useless eaters and consumers”. Around the mid-1960s, the world’s total consumption of natural resources exceeded the factor “1” (one) of what Mother Earth is generally providing.
This over-consumption reaches today, in the early 2020s, factors 3.5 to 4.5 between Europe and the US of Mother Nature’s offerings. This refers not just to food – which, after all, is a renewable resource — but primarily to non-renewable resources, one of which is hydrocarbon. Fossil fuels in mid-2020 (the year of the COVID lockdown) accounted for 84% (87% in 2019) of all energy used worldwide. An increase of 4% was projected for 2021.
On food: As an example, Eurostat (2018) reports that in the EU about 88 million tons of food waste are generated per year, at a cost of about 143 billion euros. This corresponds to about 20% of total food produced. According to FAO, worldwide approximately a third of all food produced for human consumption is lost or wasted – see this.
A huge shift of capital and assets are transferred from the bottom and the middle class (mostly small- and medium-sized enterprises) to the top. According to Forbes, 2021 accounted for 2,755 billionaires worldwide, an increase of 660 new ones over 2020. Altogether these billionaires are worth $13.1 trillion, up from $8 trillion in 2020. These gains include increased share values – see this.

U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the head of the World Health Organisation (WHO), as well as 20 other world leaders, joined forces in penning a joint letter with the apparent intent of winning popular support for the globalist plan.
No section of society would be exempt from becoming involved in the new treaty, whatever it may turn out to look like, with the world leaders pointing out that “we will work with heads of state and governments globally, and all stakeholders including civil society and the private sector.”
“The main goal of this treaty would be to foster an all of government and all of society approach, strengthening national, regional and global capacities and resilience to future pandemics,” the leaders declared.
“This includes greatly enhancing international co-operation to improve, for example, alert systems, data-sharing, research and local, regional and global production and distribution of medical and public health counter-measures such as vaccines, medicines, diagnostics and personal protective equipment.”
Nor would it be centered purely on globalist vaccination agendas. Due to the leaders’ “One Health” approach, it would build on the principle of a connection between “the health of humans, animals and our planet.”
In language reminiscent of the Great Reset agenda, promoted by the WEF and Klaus Schwab, the leaders mentioned that the new treaty would lead to a lack of national interests, and increased international concerns: “[S]uch a treaty should lead to more mutual accountability and shared responsibility, transparency and co-operation within the international system and with its rules and norms.”
The proposal is due to be further discussed among national leaders at the June G7 summit in Cornwall in the U.K., where Boris Johnson will join his counterparts from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the U.S., and the E.U. Meanwhile, the 24 signatories warned that their new plan “will take time and require a sustained political, financial and societal commitment over many years.”

Health – Support countries achieve good health and well-being for all, within the context of the 2030 Agenda, focusing on key emerging global health threats that require stronger multistakeholder partnership and action.

Digital cooperation – Meet the needs of the Fourth Industrial Revolution while seeking to advance global analysis, dialogue and standards for digital governance and digital inclusiveness.

The leadership across the United Nations will engage in and utilize the different platforms provided by the World Economic Forum to advance impact in the above areas. Here at Breitbart News, there’s been much written about the Great Reset. That’s the notion, first emanating from arch-globalist Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum (also known as Davos), that the planet’s economy, society, and culture need a thorough Reset. You know, a Reset in favor of more planetary regulation and regimentation, as directed by woke overlords such as Schwab.  
At the moment, the hub of the Great Reset is the COP-26 climate change conference in Glasgow, Scotland. If you’re curious about this nest of Resetters and have a private jet, you can hop over and see it for yourself. But for those who you don’t have an airplane, or the inclination, at least there’s Breitbart News’ extensive coverage. 
Okay, so the Great Reset might not sit well with you, dear reader. And yet for its part, Biden administration is fully on board.
To be sure, the Biden folks are having a hard time getting their agenda enacted by Congress. And yet they are zipping along with what they can do by unilateral executive action. In fact, the Bidenites are doing exactly what Barack Obama did seven years ago when he found his presidency stymied by Congress: operate by “pen and phone.” Thus, the Great Reset is coming to the U.S. piece by piece, one unilateral dictate at a time. 
Of course, the Great Reset is hardly limited to climate change. Resetters have a comprehensive vision of societal transformation.

A good example is Biden’s quiet reworking of the Federal Reserve System. The Fed is an important body—it’s the central bank of the United States—and yet its actual operations are obscure. (How many American can name even one of the Fed’s seven governors?)   

And so few beyond the DC Beltway noticed on January 24 when Politico headlined, “‘Big shift’: Biden moves to rewrite the rules on climate threat.”As the article detailed, Biden has nominated Sarah Bloom Raskin to be vice chair of the Fed. (She’s the spouse, by the way, of Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), a leading figure on both the House Judiciary Committee and the January 6 investigating committee.) 

As the Politico article details, the Biden plan is that the Raskin-ized Fed will join with other mostly obscure agencies, such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, to steer (read: scare) investors away from fossil fuel companies. Such scaring away would require a reworking of federal regulations, such that companies would have to take “environmental and social goals” (ESG), as defined by bureaucrats and Democratic donors, into account.   

ESG is, in other words, a substantial retooling of the venerable concept of fiduciary responsibility—the idea that the first loyalty of companies should be to manage their assets wisely and not put them at risk on government-mandated schemes.

Politico quoted David Arkush, managing director of the climate program at Public Citizen, a group founded by Ralph Nader, saying of the new ESG plan, “I expect it to be a pretty big shift.” Yes, it is a big shift. Politico summed it up: 

The nation’s top financial regulators will all soon be headed by progressive regulators who are preparing to push the Biden administration’s climate agenda forward, even as the president has failed to get broader climate-related legislation through Congress.

The Green New Deal Click are arguably the strongest single group within the Democratic coalition, intellectually, financially, and bureaucratically. And so the Deep Green State never sleeps.
We might consider: On March 21, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), chaired by a Biden appointee, Gary Gensler, voted to require that all publicly traded companies calculate and publicize their CO2 emissions, as well as the “risks” that these emissions supposedly pose to the company. Obviously, it’s a mickey mouse rule designed to a) signal virtue, b) give the greens media-friendly ammunition, c) serve up to the trial lawyers easy cases for zillion-dollar shareholder lawsuits.
Shareholder activism on climate change is already increasing, as rich green groups use their money-muscle to sabotage carbon-energy production. And as Breitbart News’ John Carney reported on Thursday, this sort of fiscal sabotage—all legal, of course, blessed by the finest minds at Yale Law School—is working. That is, big American banks are shying away from investing in American energy. So, while Biden is talking about more energy, investment is walking—in the other direction.
And that’s the plan, as advocated by, to name another name, Sarah Bloom Raskin. Remember her? Back in January, she was nominated by the administration for the number two post at the Federal Reserve System, which would have given her vast oversight powers over the financial system, including energy investment. As this author wrote, here and here, Raskin was a declared champion of using the Fed’s power to strangle oil companies. Mercifully, Raskin was blocked from confirmation by the Senate, and she withdrew her name on March 15—although we haven’t heard the last from her. Indeed, in the anti-carbon fuel action of Gensler and the SEC, we see that Raskinite ideology very much abides.

within the MSM, eagerness to work the climate change beat is as strong as ever. As another journalist tweeted on March 21:
Headed to @washingtonpost to cover one of journalism’s most important + challenging stories: the energy transition. Climate change is no longer a story. It is THE story.
Got that? Climate change is THE story. So don’t bother about Russia and Ukraine, or China and Taiwan, or criminal predators and their victims on the streets of the USA—or anything else. Worry about the sea level in the year 2100.
Indeed, even media outlets that might be expected to focus on the crisis in Ukraine sometimes have a not-so-well-hidden green agenda. For instance, War on the Rocks, supposedly about military matters, made room for green zealots who sneaked in AOC-type authoritarianism: 
Western governments now have the opportunity to implement decisive and orderly conservation policies. Not only are compulsory conservation measures necessary to mitigate the negative consequences of a global energy scramble, but they can also generate economic, strategic, and environmental benefits. Governments might consider, for example, mandatory speed limits, car-free weekends, mandatory work-from-home, incentivized public transport, reduced non-essential lights at night, rolling outages, private transport rationing, and mandatory indoor temperature limits. Conserving energy keeps consumer energy prices down, increases energy security, and reduces emissions.
Yes, these greens would have us believe that we have the “opportunity” to implement “decisive” policies. (As an aside, have you ever noticed that the greens want to be tougher on regular Americans than on anyone else?)
