European Council has amended resolution 2361 and no longer objects to compulsory vaccination.
As of July 1 2022 the EU has announced the legislation for the mandatory EU COVID 19 Certificates that deprive you of all freedoms if you do not have a QR covid certificate. If there is a majority of member states signing the legislation, compulsory vaccination will be introduced.
at the end of 2022/2023 there will be a digital currency.
The EU will impose a digital ID on every EU citizen. (The Dutch already have this and are already referring to the EU version on the digld.nl website)
All ATMs will be replaced by QR code ATMs in the near future, Belgium is already installing them full swing.
If these QR code machines are integrated, cash can no longer be withdrawn from banks and/or elsewhere.
The EU aims to make cash completely worthless within 18 months.
The EU resolution permanently deprives every person of their physical integrity.

Ursula von der Leyen discusses potential for EU-wide mandatory Covid vaccination
It is time for the European Union ‘to think about’ making Covid vaccines mandatory across the entire bloc, Ursula von der Leyen has said as the continent battles a winter wave of virus amid fears about the Omicron variant.
The EU Commission President, speaking in Brussels, said it will ultimately be up to member states to decide their own vaccine rules – but it is her ‘personal opinion’ that the time is right to discuss forcing people to get jabs.
‘We have one third of the population which is not vaccinated. This is 150million people – that is a lot. Not each and every one could be vaccinated… but the vast majority could,’ she said.

The substance of the EU procedures concerning the vaccine passport are contained in the EU EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM. (summary below, scroll down for Selected Excerpts and Complete Text).

Summary
Regulation (EU) 2021/953 on the EU Digital COVID Certificate introduced EU-wide rules for issuing and accepting proof of a person’s COVID-19 vaccination, test result or recovery.

The EU Digital COVID Certificate helps people travel freely within the EU during the COVID-19 pandemic. How the certificate is used for other purposes (access to events, etc.) is up to each EU country to decide.

The Regulation currently applies until 30 June 2022. This initiative proposes to extend it by 12 months.

Digital Tyranny
The MEMORANDUM outlined by the EU (scroll down for complete text) points to the derogation of fundamental human rights entrenched in the adoption of the EU Digital COVID Certificate Framework.  

As noted in the above Summary, the intent is to extend the Regulation which expires on June 30 2022 for another twelve months until June 30th, 2023. 

We should mention that the EU Digital COVID Certificate Framework is slated to be tied into negotiations pertaining to a worldwide “Pandemic Treaty” initiated in early March 2022.

On March 3, the EU Council gave:

“a green light to start negotiations on an international pandemic treaty… The Council adopted a decision for authorizing of negotiations for an international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.”

The procedure is slated to be presented to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023, “with the aim to adopt the instrument [namely the pandemic treaty]  by 2024.”

The object of the Pandemic Treaty consists in creating  a global health governance entity under WHO auspices.  In turn the Pandemic Treaty would be tied into the WHO’s QR Verification Code project, which is intent upon creating a global digital data bank of 7.9 billion people.  Both initiatives are to be carried out concurrently by the WHO in liaison with ID2020 and the Gavi Alliance, both of which are funded by the Gates Foundation.

Peter Koenig describes the QR Code as

“an all-electronic ID – linking everything to everything of each individual (records of health, banking, personal and private, etc.).”
