· Chana slumps on profit booking
· Jeera up on firm export demand
· Pepper tumbles on subdued demand
Chana tumbled today on the back of profit booking and fresh selling on the back of better sowing progress and favorable weather condition; shredding 103 pts. Jeera ended up gaining 493 pts or 3.37% due to firm export demand and limited stocks in local market. Turmeric witnessed range bound session and ended flat on negative bias.
