A report came out saying they are draining the water to the ocean. But nobody has confirmed this it is SO outrageous. How could anyone do this without getting caught or somebody saying something and STOPPING this?

Very easy to cover up. Night time releases. People are used to the sounds of the river that live near it. With no rain to replenish it they did not need to hurry and give themselves away.

This has been going on for many decades. The State flushes fresh water into the Delta to push the saltwater out in order to protect the “Delta Smelt” a small “endangered” fish. Check into the “Kern Water Bank” for a whole new view of that world…worth the research.
I watched as that huge HAARP barge left Seattle and Puget Sound for the mooring spot 850 miles off the coast of Northern California. Soon enough the whining began about the apparent ‘drought’ which began drying up and thus destroying the fruit orchards and other agricultural ventures the length of the Napa Valley…..8 frigging years went by, and the barge remained. One merely had to tune to the raw feed from the U.S. Weather Satellite, tuned to the 1,500 mile square from Oregon to southern California, and from Nevada to 1,000 miles out into the ocean. Is the entire population of California and the U.S. so paralyzed with fear that they can not react? Or too stoned or drunk? I used to drink beer by the gallon and smoke weed and I NEVER got this stupid. Man up, bitches.
