Senator Labels Intrusive TSA Measures Mere “Love Pats”

As the intrusive TSA security measures implode nationwide, the usual shills have surfaced. CBS, the same company that pushed the fraudulent WMDs in Iraq story, has posted an article titled, “Senators and TSA Defend “Love Pats” at Airports.”

Apparently, low IQ TSA thugs putting their hands INSIDE your pants is a simple love pat down. This is almost too ludicrous to report!

Sen. Claire McCaskill of Missouri said prior to Pistole’s testimony that she believed TSA was in a “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” situation, because people would be hopping mad at TSA if Christmas bomber Umar Farouk Adbulmutallab had succeeded. She went on to say the new advanced imaging technology–which has caused uproar because of its leave-no-secrets imaging and potential health risks–is more of a blessing than a curse.

“I’m wildly excited that I can walk through a machine instead of getting my dose of love pats,” Sen. McCaskill said.

Sen. Claire McCaskill apparently believes that strangers fondling your breasts and genitals is an act of love. As the London Guardian so elegantly put, these pat downs are far from love pats, in fact they are a form of sexual harassment!

Unlike McCaskill, Sen. Jim Duncan has taken a stand against naked body scanners and duel Israeli/U.S. citizen Michael Chertoff.

TSA goons will not be exempt from sexual harrassment charges in at least one county. The San Mateo California district attorney’s office has warned all TSA personal that they will be charged with crimes if their illegal, intrusive searches get out of line.

Incoming San Mateo DA Steve Wagstaffe says any complaints of inappropriate touching during an airport security pat down will land on his desk.

“The case would be reviewed and if we could prove the elements of it, that it was inappropriately done with a sexual or lewd intent, that person would be prosecuted,” he said.

“If it is skin to skin, if someone were to take their hand and put it underneath somebody’s blouse and touch someone inappropriately and go skin to skin, that’s a felony, and if it’s done simply over the clothing, according to California law, that’s a misdemeanor,” Wagstaffe said.

The charge — sexual battery.
