Police State: San Francisco Police Shoot and Kill Man for Not Paying His Train Fare!
On Saturday, July 16th, the San Francisco Police shot and killed an unarmed 19 year-old man for allegedly not paying his Muni train fare. Witnesses say the shooting happened after the suspect de-boarded the T-Third Muni train and was confronted by police for not having a ticket. A chase ensued and the suspect was shot at six to ten times. People who gathered at the Muni stop were throwing bottles at police, who had three blocks of Third Street blocked off, from Palou to Newcomb avenues. Initial reports showed that the man was shot in the back and there was no weapon to be found, however Sunday, the San Francisco police claimed that they had “found” a silver handgun on the scene likely in order to stave off another Rodney King type riot in the streets of California.

A lot of white cops and yet another black man bleeding. One cop was even brandishing an AR15/M16. Whole lotta just-plain-wrong. This has to change.
I’ve watched police turn from a largely benign public service organization in the 1960′s to a hostile, testosterone-fueled gang. Since they have acquired a habit of covering each other’s butt, especially for illegal conduct, I don’t see *any* of them can claim to be good cops.

It’s almost time ladies and gentlemen. Most cops are decent law abiding citizens. However, most also follow orders without question and because most also feel like underpaid civil servants, this type of ridiculous behavior will continue.
One way to mitigate this type of behavior is to ensure that every citizen has the right (and duty frankly) to carry a weapon. Believe it or not restrictive gun laws encourage this kind of behavior from the cops. Cops are human to and feel what we feel. They would prefer not to live with these kinds of stresses. However, we are where we are and I suggest that we wake the heck up!
When are WE going to start shooting back? There will come a day when we will shoot at them from windows and it ain’t going to be pretty. That is why they want to ban OUR GUNS.

This guy was shooting at the police as he was running from them. He tossed the gun and a “good Citizen” of San Fran took the gun and ran away. A truly good citizen notified the police of the person who took the gun and that is how it was recovered. The shooter was wanted in Washington state for the murder of a pregnant woman. It would be nice if you folks would actually tell the whole story instead of the part you want to. BTY does your editor of this publication still have sex with dogs and small children? Oh, maybe the way you approach a story with loaded questions has a negative out come no matter what the answer is.
