In past there were many news related to ‘indian companies under US courts scanner for visa SCAM etc.etc.’ however, due the lack of effective policy the jobs continue to flow into india from other nations world over. The main reason being ‘CHEAP LABOR’, yes that’s what US companies claim that they get ‘CHEAP LABOR’ of exceptionally qualified workers from india.
