Sinister Clouds Hang Low Over Virginia as Tens of Thousands Lose Power
Sinister shelf clouds have been looming over Virginia for the past couple of days as thunderstorms continue to plague the region.
The huge formations were hanging low over the state capital, Richmond, on Sunday afternoon.
While shelf clouds are not dangerous, their threatening appearance is hardly conducive to a cheery atmosphere.
The mid-Atlantic area has experienced a large number of summer storms over the last few weeks.
The storms have led to widespread power outages in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.
On Sunday, tens of thousands of people in the Richmond area were left without electricity as numerous power lines were downed by falling trees.
The shelf clouds which accompanied the storms are caused by caused by high winds and a front between warm and cool air.
In particularly violent weather, shelf clouds can be so turbulent that they resemble tornadoes.

@ mythoughtsalone – I am 60, and I’ve seen that kind of “fake weather” any number of times. In the coastal areas, it’s called a squall line. I’ve also seen them inland.

Why is it every storm or rare phenomenon must be because of ‘HAARP’ or ‘chemtrails’
I don’t disagree that either exist or can do what some people say they can do… but to spout off that every cloud formation/severe storm/earthquake is a result of HAARP or chemtrails with ZERO evidence to prove as such is ignorance at its finest.
So no, you and ‘mythoughtsalone’ are the ignorant ones.
You probably believe everything the mainstream and alternate mainstream medias tell you. You probably believe the movie theater shooter is real… so, not surprised. I know what a lifetime of seeing clouds in my life tell me, not what media tells me.
As to evidence, i have a crap load of pictures i’ve personally taken of chem trails… but i’m not the media, so that is probably not the kind of proof you are fishing for.
