Affidavit has been filed in Defense of Virgil Goode

An affidavit has been filed, by email, with the Virginia state board of elections and the state Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli II’s office in defense of Virgil H. Goode that Virgil Goode collected signatures in a valid way proving that he would not have taken part in petition fraud.

This affidavit however does not speak for all the petition circulators and the signers of the ballot petition to get Goode on the Virginia state US presidential ballot. All circulators who gather petition signatures to grant Goode ballot access, usually have to witness the signatures by the signers under an affidavit. This affidavit by myself only speaks for Goode as I, a reporter for USWGO Alternative News, have witnessed Goode’s conduct at the Rotary club building in Patrick County Virginia where I also interviewed Virgil Goode on the subjects of immigration, TSA’s conduct with the gropedowns er I mean patdowns, globalism, and a few other questions. Goode even admitted that he heard of the infamous Bilderberg Group, where a group of multi-billionaire criminals decide the fate of politics around the world for their anti-republic, anti-democratic, anti-liberty, and anti-free-will agenda.

For third party Presidential candidates not apart of the establishment of the Republican and Democrat party, by the state voting statutes, usually a candidate has to gather signatures on a ballot petition that is a legal document and affidavit that is responsible for getting a candidate on the official state ballot with the signed support and circulation by registered voters and that the cirulators have witnessed the signers signing the petition.

An email was sent back from the state attorney general’s office accepting my affidavit and here is the details:

Dear Mr. Hill:

Thank you for your email in support of Presidential candidate Virgil H. Goode.  We appreciate your taking the time to support your candidate and will see that your Affidavit is given to the proper authorities.

So this means that the affidavit was legally accepted into written testimony for the case on Goode and his petition conduct and the conduct of the other ballot petition circulators’.

This is my statement as to why I did this and anybody can quote it in their articles.

Executive orders that go beyond what is prescribed by law provided by what the Congress assembled, is null and void. The council of governors is null and void and should be legally shut down for going beyond what the Constitution states for the power of a President. I support Virgile Goode as long as he protects and follows the Constitution to the best of his abilities. That is my statement on Virgil Goode.”
