Virgil Goode’s campaign office wasn’t contacted regarding investigation

Virgil Goode’s campaign office has not even been contacted by any means regarding the unanimous vote by the three-member Virginia state board of elections to investigate Goode and the petitioners for “possible petition fraud”.

The WSJ had in it’s paid article which cannot be freely viewed or read, and I quote “To my knowledge, there’s been no fraud on any of my petitions,” … “But I can’t speak to every individual petitioner.” That quote seem to came from Virgil Goode but cannot be confirmed as it would cost USWGO to even read the full article.

The Martinsville Bulletin article stated that In a phone interview with Goode, he said “nobody from either the elections board or the attorney general’s office has contacted him, so he has “no idea” what is behind the board’s request for an investigation,” and also that “I’d like to know” what is going on, he said.

The State Board’s sudden accusation of Virgil Goode campaign for petition fraud, didn’t even contacted Goode nor has his campaign office been contacted and the facts were they only knew of the investigation because of the media, and the attorney general has not contacted Goode that there is a criminal investigation of his campaign for a petitioner committing possible petition fraud. I found out that the campaign office of Goode thought it was strange that they were not contacted on the matter even though it’s a legal investigation to which the campaign office would have to be a party to.

So either it is a media attack on Virgil Goode orchestrated by corrupt elements or misconduct in the state board of elections trying to drag the attorney general into a game of intimidating the candidate to give up, or there is an investigation but the offices of both the attorney general and the board of elections just simply refused to call his campaign office to notify them on the pending investigation and to ask for their cooperation.

In any common sense in any democratic legal system, it doesn’t seem logical to have a secret investigation on a legitimate political candidate and when they are accused of fraud the office doesn’t even contact who they are accusing of. This whole investigation stinks of a political agenda since it didn’t go through the official process of notification of candidates involved in the fraud investigation. The whole thing stinks of an attempt to waste time for Goode’s campaign office so he can’t get enough legal signatures to get on the Virginia ballot. That would make sense to use time wasting criminal investigations to knock off candidates that don’t go along with the two-party corruption in the elections system.

What makes this whole thing more suspicious is that after I told all the media that I have filed an affidavit earlier today that supports Goode’s statement that he wasn’t aware of any fraudulent activity regarding the ballot petitioners for the Constitution Party, the media didn’t update any of the news articles but instead said to me that that there is nothing more planned on the subject of Goode but that if any new developments occur then I would be contacted. An affidavit is more then enough proof of credibility that news reporters should cover, even when the attorney general’s office accepts the affidavit as legal evidence of witness testimony. The whole thing seems to be to discredit Goode when the facts are different then what the board accuses him of. The media will cover how Goode’s campaign may have taken part of petition fraud but won’t cover about any affidavits in his defense unless the media bosses are okay with reporters covering it. The mainstream media should cover any new developments especially if I have to appear before a Richmond Virginia courthouse to state my testimony. The media is silent on certain facts and that is what Americans should be concerned about. The media has become an attack mobile, an attack machine for the globalists and the establishment. If this is not true then the media needs to prove that they are not just an attack mobile for the establishment.
