Vitamins and natural products disappeared from Google Shopping – Confirmed

Note:Don’t misunderstand when we say banned or disappeared from Google Shopping because there is a difference between the regular Google Search and Google Shopping and even Google News. So if you criticize my article claiming I am a liar because the Vitamins are still indexed in the regular search indexes, understand that is a whole different index then product purchases done from the shopping index.

Vitamins and natural products have disappeared off the search results of Google Shopping even though they are still in regular Google Web results. As NaturalNews wonders, is it a “glitch or deliberate censorship?” Time will tell and once Google officially responds the truth will come out.

Remember how with Google Shopping and even Google Checkout, you can search for different products including Vitamins and Minerals and natural products, you can compare prices and brands from tens to hundreds of stores all over the Internet that is connected with the Google Shopping system. It can even find Free shipping stores and provide checks of price before people go in and expect to buy a product from that store. Now it has been confirmed that all Google Shopping search results of ‘Multivitamin’ (screenshot), ‘Vitamin A’ (screenshot) and even ‘Vitamin B’ (screenshot) supplement searches return a empty results page that “Your search – (Your search term) – did not match any shopping results.”

The question is why all of the sudden has all vitamin and natural product results from Google Shopping have disappeared without an explanation?

Vitamins, despite all the FDA regulations, are still completely legal to purchase as they are not the same as a drug which has hundreds of side affects and ends up in medical lawsuit from attorneys at law advertisements on television.

It was a fact that earlier this year, Google sent out an email to customers saying that they were pulling all Google Shopping results for guns, ammunition, gun optics and gun accessories, which doesn’t include general search results but only from the Google Shopping search. Even online gun, ammunition, gun optics, and gun accessories purchases are legal when the proper permits are acquired. So this means that Google may be deciding to selectively ban and censor all vitamins and natural products and even gun purchases which are both totally legal.

Even though many private business rights advocates claim that Google is a private corporation and can choose to remove or alter whatever they wanted at their discretion, that if somebody didn’t like their practices then they shouldn’t use Google. The only flaws to these arguments is that there is no other search engine like Google, Google is monetizing and Monopolizing every field of business and internet platform out there including YouTube. With patent monopolies other search engine companies cannot improve their own search engines without accidentally infringe on patents of Google, in other words Google has a Monopoly on high quality and advanced search engines. If other video sharing websites fall then this makes YouTube the only viable choice which means if somebody gets censored on Google’s YouTube video sharing platform, that is it, it is gone forever. Also it is still illegal for a business to misrepresent its services and commit fraud. A private website and business cannot do whatever it pleases because if it can then they can even drug deal, commit unlimited crimes, and conduct prostitution as they please. Since Google is removing totally legal products which include guns and vitamins, they are sending a message that even though they allow you to sell whatever you want as long as you don’t violate their terms, then one day they just remove your products without notifying you or they do but you don’t have a chance to move your product information onto another platform. That makes Google in violation of false advertising laws since they make the users feel they can sell whatever they want as long as it ain’t illegal, libelous/slanderous, hateful, or even inappropriate (porn for example). If vitamin companies and gun dealers aren’t violating any terms of Google, if Google just changes the terms immediately just for an excuse to ban certain products without announcing this to the press, when Google just removes stuff, they are openly promoting themselves as a open platform as long as the rules are followed then turn around and ban 100% legal products which is blatant misrepresentation. That is false advertisement and destroying the spirit of freedom and liberty.

Right around June 28th of 2012, Google Shopping users started noticing that when searching for natural health products and vitamins like “vitamin C” and “fish oil” it began turning up no results. Now as time goes on, any searches for vitamins and natural health products in general were no longer showing up in Google Shopping search results.

For those whom are not convinced and do not believe the screenshots, search up Vitamin C, Camu camu, Coconut Water, Multivitamin, Vitamin B12, Spirulina, Zing, Glucosamine, Vitamin B, or even Vitamin A and find there are no results for those search queries.

Yet in Google Shopping search from other countries, users can still purchase natural health products and vitamins.
