Cornell University Report may prove that the Japan earthquake was manmade!!!

Evidence that the M9 Tohoku earthquake was manmade

 Cornell University Library released a study on May 13, 2011, which states that the ionosphere above the epicenter of the M9 Tohoku earthquake had “an anomaly.”  The reports states a rapid increase of emitted infrared radiation was observed from the satellite data and an anomaly developed near the epicenter.

The report goes on to say “From March 3-11 a large increase in electron concentration was recorded at all four Japanese ground based ionosondes, which return to normal after the main earthquake. We found a positive correlation between the atmospheric and ionospheric anomalies and the Tohoku earthquake. View the the entire report here.

Possible Connection with HAARP

HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a high-powered radio transmission research facility jointly operated by the US Navy, Air Force and several universities. (HAARP) is a program focused on the study of upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial physics and Radio Science.The HAARP program operates a major Arctic ionosphere research facility on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska. Principal instruments installed at the HAARP Research Station include a high power, high-frequency (HF) phased array radio transmitter (known as the Ionosphere Research Instrument (IRI), used to stimulate small, well-defined volumes of ionosphere, and a large and diversified suite of modern geophysical research instruments including an HF ionosonde, ELF and VLF receivers, magnetometers, riometers, a UHF diagnostic radar and optical and infrared spectrometers and cameras which are used to observe the complex natural variations of Alaska’s ionosphere as well as to detect artificial effects produced by the IRI. The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde, and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.
