Gotham City Located in South West Connecticut in ‘Young Justice’
Just a quick post re: the links to the Newtown massacre and superhero fiction.
In the animated superhero TV series ‘Young Justice’ during the episode entitled, coincidentally enough, “Schooled”, an onscreen map indicates that Gotham City is located in Southwest Connecticut. This is strange because Gotham city is generally understood to be a fictional representation of NYC. The Sandy Hook school massacre took place in Newtown, which is located in Southwest Connecticut, and Sandy Hook was named as a target area of Gotham city in the latest Batman movie.
