There seems to be an argument over just what the Nephilim are. The Book of Enoch seems pretty clear on the subject and taken along with the Book of Jasher, The Jubilees and the Bible, a pretty clear picture of just what these beings are emerges, I agree that there is a resurgence of these beings, but they are not the power, rather they are the tool.
