Occupy and Gun Control Are Related

Occupy Wall Street went beyond a single organization, beyond a city, or even beyond a country.  It was a movement that took the entire world by storm; simple paupers rose up and took a stand to be heard.  They proclaimed, “No More!” in a call for action to topple the 1%’s agenda to destroy the middle class and keep us in chains to debt and poverty.  If you’re too busy struggling to survive, you don’t have time to worry about what the people at the top of the food chain are doing.

Of course, a decentralized movement like that is a threat.  There was no one “leader,” there were simply those who happened to organize the movement per city, per country.  It was a collection of people practicing their First Amendment rights to peacefully assemble.  No more, no less.

Which meant it must be toppled, of course.

The downfall of Occupy came from many fronts.  First, the media superpowers created a false opinion about the Occupy participants being merely deadbeats, socialists, and wanna-be hippies.  They reported about Occupy being a nuisance to society; how DARE people request for the government to pass legislation that benefits them rather than the top 1%!  The media turned it into a partisan thing when movement itself was completely non-partisan, and they successfully geared the Republican population against it.

Now it is revealed that the FBI considered the movement a terrorist organization.  And the big banks helped them coordinate the crackdown on protestors.

The biggest downfall happened when our own government trampled upon our First Amendment rights to peacefully assemble; the police brutality towards the protestors is pretty frightening.  With rubber bullets, tear gas, and batons they mauled protestors to create fear into their hearts and provoked violence even though the protestors had no interest in violence.  Through violence, they were able to defeat the movement into almost nonexistence.

They demonstrated to us that our First Amendment rights meant nothing.

Now, a year later, it’s happening again.

The fact that the population has the power to band together and rally to address a series of grievances SCARED THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF THEM.  Which is why they had to destroy and disperse before things came to a higher level.  What if it turned to a different level?  What if the population carried guns and waged war upon the upper class in a time of political anguish and recession outrage?

Well, that wouldn’t do at all.  They needed to do more than just destroy the movement for the common good.

Now, They need to disarm the population.

Second Amendment?  Ha!  You think invoking the Bill of Rights will stop the downward spiral of complete disablement of the People?  The events that transpired during the Occupy protests proved that the Bill of Rights means nothing to Them.  If They were so easily able to destroy our First Amendment, you think They will stop trampling upon the Second?

They want us to tumble off the fiscal cliff so we are again too busy worrying about survival to worry about bigger things.  They need to manipulate the population so that the people beg for weapons bans thru psy-ops on our own turf. They need to turn us against ourselves so that anyone who protests is either a thug or a slacker.

This is only the beginning.  Hopefully, we can stop the downward spiral before it’s too late.
