I flew front lines fighters. We popped a lot of chaff to defeat radar missiles, and flares to defeat IR missiles, I have dropped Mk-82′s underneath parachute flares. I have no idea what this is.
I worked ECM… these are flares. There’s more than one type of flare and more than one type of aircraft/helicopter/etc. If you really flew any kind of fighter in a military organization, you’d know that. There are all kinds and even some for search and rescue.
I have to say I agree with Estrella it’s definitely not flares. I have boots on ground experience in a combat zone and have never seen anything like it. The burn of any kind of flare is way more self contained than what you see in this video the only thing they might give off is loom and smoke. Besides you just worked on Electronic counter measures, you most likely didn’t spend to much time off the FOB so who are you to fire off on this guy.
The red and white orbs I agree look like they could be flares but not the giant fireball at the very end it’s probably a meteor

I see an aircraft navigation light flashing in the distance at night, then I see a bunch of out of focus crap, then I see an aircraft navigation light again flashing white (sorry, UFO’s don’t have FAA standard flashing navigation lights) and I see 1-2 dozen countermeasure flares falling… from the aircraft. I do not see alien spaceships shooting down asteroids. If you do, then you’ve had just about enough, put down the bong.
I’m seeing a military aircraft releasing flares, there is even the flash of its aviation lights. It in no way resembles an incoming asteroid which would be moving far faster.

Military plane dropping flares !
Wow I’m so glad someone got this on video! My husband and I were driving home Friday night in Bend, OR and I saw this exact same thing in the sky. Except there were no multiple lights. My first thought was that it was fireworks but I never saw it shoot up just come down exactly like this picture. Weird huh?
The funny thing is, is that some where, some one, knows exactly what this was and what happened. But you and I never will. One thing for sure is though that as more and more of this type of footage appears. The more people will question the “official” swamp gas explanation and realize we are not the be all and end all of intelligent life in the universe.
