Good job by the homeowner. He was protecting his property and the lives of the children sleeping over in the house. Now the liberals will probably try to have him arrested for having a gun and, heaven forbid, using it for defense.

Charges filed in this case will depend on the nationality of the invaders. If the invaders are US citizens or legal immigrants the two surviving invaders will face criminal charges and the homeowner will be cleared of any wrong doing. However, IF the dead invader is an illegal immigrant, the homeowner will be charged with murder and violation of civil rights, and the two surviving invaders will receive immunity from prosecution for their testimony.
This is not some crazy scenario. Other citizens have already been prosecuted by the federal government for legally shooting intruders, burglars, and home invaders when it was later discovered that the lawbreakers were illegal aliens.
