Sorry, while I do believe there are weather modification efforts going on, I also believe that climate change is not only real, it is happening now and will continue to accelerate. Did you ever think that maybe the weather modification programs are trying to reverse the changes that are occurring to avoid the catastrophic effects..???
Weather modification is about power & warfare not saving the planet. “Climate change” is real, but it’s happening to several planets in our solar system, including Venus. We don’t know what’s causing it, but obviously factors other than or in addition to Human activities are at play. Carbon taxes are NOT the answer! Trust me I know.. Us Aussies leading the way with being taxed to death. Everything has gone up & guess what? The climate hasn’t cooled down yet due to our higher taxes, nor has our coal use subsided. Could the Mississippi River at such historic lows have any impact at all on the New Madrid Fault zone? Less water means less weight and perhaps seismic movement? I’ve read so many things about the danger of this fault, I have to wonder what impact a near empty Mississippi riverbed would have on the seismology of the area.

There is a lot of logic in this and @Quantum Kev:- Should there be a concerted effort to control the weather through man-made methods, surely there must exist substantial proof thereof? Proof which, other than speculation, I have yet to see. There has ALWAYS been global warming and changes to the weather from the beginning of time. Man and his modern machines and factories will and does have an impact on the acceleration thereof – how much is not entirely possible to determine. If one is to try and extrapolate the effect that man has you would need a clear quantified base to work from, something we do not have. The chemical tampering that does occur t times is never really clearly explained and no REAL evidence exists to prove with out a doubt that: It is for the good or it is for the bad.
