I was an electrician that worked in highly volatile invirornments. We were taught that dust , especially combined with explosive particles, was potentially capable of horrendous explosions, those of the back-draft category included.
This is my thoughts on this….I was listening to scanner feeds and I forget which MSM news also played those same scanner feeds and a cop or FD was screaming on the radio saying we just had a bomb go off and dispatch asked for a repeat…Freudian slip? why would a cop or FD say that? Most of them would know the difference between and bomb and an explosion. It is pissing me off that there is not more news coverage on this. I think that this is more important than Boston. More people died and hurt. And no real coverage or questions or reporting of West Texas. Don’t get me wrong Boston is important too…But still….???

I can’t tell from just that one frame if something really hit the place. It was already ablaze so I am doubtful that a missle hit it, more likely just a flare from the fire or debris thrown out by the blaze. but that does not mean the fire wasn’t deliberately set, but I don’t have any information.
