the second video is on to something. The balloons as a signal makes sense. That’s how kids alert drug dealers that cops are coming in Brazil favelas. I was amongst the ones wondering why the windows only broke outside but it’s supposedly makes sense physically -speaking. The force would blowback from inside the restaurant but here we see the first one blown but not the second one. Again, strong enough to shred the clothes but not to break the second window!
