There are good cops and scumbag cops. The good news is this, the scumbag cops are, like the rest of us, being poisoned and nano chipped by chemtrails right along with the rest of us. They too will be disposed of when the time comes by tptb. See chemtrails nano chips, autonomous drones and mosquito drones. They are being used as what tptb call ‘useful’ idiots. It’s unfortunate for the good cops. Hopefully they outnumber the scumbags still. We’ll see.

This is how cops are taught to be these days. Everyone is a criminal (but them) and all criminals deserved to be harassed and ridiculed, if not killed.
Instead of seeing themselves as part of a community, whose job it is to “protect and serve,” they see themselves as prison guards in a giant outdoor prison.
Instead of seeing this kid, as just someone in need of a little guidance, they turned him in to the “wanted person of the month.”
Sad thing, but they probably don’t even see the problem here. They are probably still high fiving each other and bragging about getting rid of another “Bad Guy.”

Some things cops do are crap or evil THIS is not…Plus with 3 warrants kid seemed to be circiling the drain quickly at 19.

I agree totally. When you consider how horribly kids today tease and harrass each other this police dept. engaged in minor child’s play.
I susoect this kid killed himself because he figured that now someone who knew him would rat out his location.
