Now to be fear, I know this is not what he mint but don’t be planting ideas in people’s heads. What most people heard was “Go get a Shotgun and that’s OK”. Politicians should never recommend a gun in a public forum because of their comments being taken as consent or even worse. I’m all for gun rights but remember that when you’re the VP and your speaking to the nation, some of the people you are speaking to are lower on the IQ pole than others and I would bet that somewhere in the back of that shooter twisted little mind that the reason for the shotgun over any other weapon was because it was more excepted to be carrying that than another weapon.
