Immigration reform is long overdue for an overhaul. However, the intent of the people charged with performing this task varies too much for anybody to actually accomplish immigration reform.

We need, immediately, a way to allow for immigration reform without hurting the Americans who are ALREADY legal.

The way we do this is to not worry about many of the amendments our overseers are arguing about. My plan is to first, forget all amendments. We should go ahead and let Congress and the Senate do whatever they want; but only if they do these two things.

Before I give you these two things I want you to join me on my page. I believe a major problem with the immigration reform bill is no parameters being set. For instance, how long does the bill live on? Will we have people coming here five years from now so they can be included in this immigration reform bill? How long will the “illegal immigrant” have to enter the program put forth by the immigration reform bill?

Exactly. . .  These questions are not being answered. The reason why is because immigration reform is NOT what the establishment Republicans and Democrats desire.

THEY only desire to collect their pay as long as possible. In a nutshell, they want to KEEP their job.

I am here to shake this aspect up by offering solutions that neither an establishment Republican nor a Democrat can scoff at.

I intend to take their own numbers and use them against their logic.

Here’s how.

First take the number of 11 million ‘illegals’ being here and say, “Let’s limit the number of ‘illegals’ becoming ‘legal’ under the new immigration reform bill to 22 million ‘illegals.’ This doubles the number they are here illegally. No one in their right mind can argue that suggestion, since there are only 11 million here illegally.

Second, we must force an expiration date of becoming a part of the immigration reform bill. Yes, an expiration date is needed. There is no way, two years from now, an ‘illegal’ gets arrested for suspicion of a crime, and they haven’t yet entered the program. Wow!

We must make sure this doesn’t happen, even one time. We can’t have ‘illegals’ running around until they are caught; only to then declare they want in the immigration reform program. We can’t have this happening.

We must state clearly, if you are ‘illegal’ and you don’t come forward within a particular time frame, you will forfeit your immigration reform bill rights, and will be deported.

This is huge my friends. The reason being is establishment Democrats and Republicans alike, will have no choice but to agree.

The reason why this is soooo huge is due to the open ended language in the bill.

I hope you all agree, we can never allow 50 million ‘illegals’ to become legal under this bill. So we take their number of only 11 million and double it to 22 million. And then we cap the time an ‘illegal’ has to enter this program to 2 years.

Yes they get deported, every last one of them, if they are not registered with the program after two years.

This is only fair folks.
