Obama Executive Order Grants Himself Control Of All US Communication Systems

President Obama has granted himself the complete control of all communication systems within the US under a new Executive Order that was publicly released on July 6th. 

Under the Executive Order, entitled ‘Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions’, the White House is given the ability to control all forms of private communications within the nation under the tired guise of ‘national security’. Amazingly, you can see the Executive Order declaration on the White House website for yourself, highlighting the audacious nature of the administration that is becoming more ‘in your face’ than ever before about its unconstitutional acts.

As RT reports in the article ‘Obama gives himself control of all communication systems in America’, the Executive Order grants the bloated federal government and Obama himself outlandish powers that are even further extending than any of his previous executive allotments. The text from the Executive Order, as linked up from the White House website, reads:

“The Federal Government must have the ability to communicate at all times and under all circumstances to carry out its most critical and time sensitive missions,” the president begins the order. “Survivable, resilient, enduring and effective communications, both domestic and international, are essential to enable the executive branch to communicate within itself and with: the legislative and judicial branches; State, local, territorial and tribal governments; private sector entities; and the public, allies and other nations.”

It is all now written openly online where anyone can access it. Yet what’s truly amazing is that, unless we turn this into a major news piece, virtually no one will go and find this Executive Order via the public White House website. In turn, virtually no one will become outraged by this history-making Executive Order that allows Obama complete power over the very communication over the nation. Never before have we seen such nefarious Executive Orders so publicly displayed and even equipped with attempts to justify the actions via the White House staff.

In an amazing change of how the political dominance game is played, the public  2,205-word Executive Order declaration even comes with attempted justification stating that Obama needs to be able to seize all forms of private communication at any time for reasons of your safety:

“Such communications must be possible under all circumstances to ensure national security, effectively manage emergencies and improve national resilience.”

It even explains how they will be doing it, as in your face as possible. Obama’s administrations calls for the establishment of a:

“joint industry-Government center that is capable of assisting in the initiation, coordination, restoration and reconstitution of NS/EP [national security and emergency preparedness] communications services or facilities under all conditions of emerging threats, crisis or emergency.”

The wording and public announcement of this insane Executive Order is nothing like we’ve ever seen before. The Obama administration and high level federal government officials at large are so absolutely certain that you will not be able to stop such unconstitutional acts that they now hardly even have to work behind closed doors. In fact, by publicly announcing things like this they are setting the precedent for even worse Executive Orders to come out. And with the public accepting the fact that the NSA is spying on us all, the Obama administration must know that this will come as another accepted ‘reality’.

The truth is, however, that we can spread the word on this insane act.
