Taco Bell, Del Taco Angry With Pot Expo for Using Their Logos

Officials for two major fast food taco brands are angry with the Anaheim Kush Expo for using their logos without permission.

According to reps for Del Taco and Taco Bell, the California marijuana expo used their logos on promotional materials without asking for permission.The Kush Expo, which will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, is scheduled for July 6-7.

A spokesman for Taco Bell stated, ‘We have a longstanding policy that prohibits other businesses from using our trademarks, and we did not give them permission to do this. We were in the process of contacting them to take down our trademarks from their website but it appears that they have already taken them down.’

Barbara Caruso of Del Taco called the use of the company’s logo “unacceptable.”
