Napolitano parting comment about a cyber attack coming or a natural disaster the likes of which the nation has never seen being likely – couple that with FEMA “scenarios” where they are saying things like imagine the entire US east of the mississippi is gone.
then think about this note ~ and i have a minimal understanding onuclear power. Im not an expert. But the other night watched on the mil channel why Chernobyl melted down. Couple that with what is happening at Fukushima right now with the failed cooling situation – YOU GET THIS.
So either by cyber attack, CME, or some other means – EMP strike, asteroid or comet damage ~ whatever it is ~ if the US power grid goes down – preppers are ready for that, right? food candles and fire. great.
Now consider all of the nuke plants in the US. They have primary cooling means that require power. they have backup systems in place to coast through power failures.
Let say by means of the grid going down the temp cooling all stays intact and works fine ~ at some point the diesel generators run out of gas. with the grid down keeping them fueled would be a monster task. This is what i dont know about nuclear power ~ can those plants be “turned off” without continuously cooling being inputted? I dont know. Say one, or a few dont make it from primary cooling to backup cooling – one, some, a few, all ~ however you slice it thats a problem.
Chernobyl happened due to shotty construction means that contributed to bad decisions made when running backup cooling tests – this letter talks about that sort of test. Thats scray when you factor in everything else being said lately. I havent seen the mainstream media make this hypothetical connection yet ~ and it needs to be discussed!
This could potentially be the Fukushima of the Atlantic.
The scenario laid out by Rufus Juice is dialing right in to an apocalyptic event with a Mass Extinction element. This is a very real threat and would be considered a ‘shock and awe’ game changer.
The blueprint is Fukushima and the non-response/non-urgency taken by the general population not driving the needed debate on solutions.
The cabal always notices and takes it up to the next level, which will be a planned removal of Hundreds of Million several Billion individuals until they reach the magical Five-Hundred Million mark, as prescribed by the etchings on the Georgia Guide Stone.

I have looked into this scenario. They have been working to fix the cooling issue in the US. There are about 20 plants left that have this cooling problem. Not all nuclear plants will melt down with a grid failure but there are some. Like I said about 20. Most of them are in the eastern US, so “imagine east of the mississippi gone”, yes, that sounds about right. Not all of it but large portions of it.

Please note: FEMA power grid outage “drill” is scheduled for November, but it (and the drill in this letter) may be moved up earlier to October–catching everyone by surprise. This also happened with the “Boston Bombing” in April: the “official” drill for the exact same scenario was reportedly scheduled a few months AFTER it actually happened. Maximum surprise, maximum chaos, maximum control. Problem-reaction-solution. The October Surprise.

Also note, last year it was reported that explosives were found at a nuclear plant in Sweden[1]. This email says they will run a “Fire Drill” for “Noncritical Employees” while the “Simulation” is happening. Most people will be outside…so NO Witnesses. The “unknown” group will have “Vital Access Clearance,” letting them go “anywhere in the plant.” They are to give this “unknown group” their “full cooperation”. Suspicious, no?
This is an opportunity to place a BOMB (or a nuke, disguised as a “Security Camera”?), which can then be used as a Backup Plan if the Grid Outage “Drill” plan doesn’t work.

I have to tell you something real important. Something weird is happening at [redacted]. Last Friday, we had a management meeting. This wasn’t like a normal meeting, where we discuss plant operations, and everyone in management has to be there. They were all executives, except my boss, me, and one other guy (who’s in [redacted] like me). I have worked in this plant for over 20 years, and been in management for as long [as] you’ve known me.
When the last guy came in they locked the doors to the conference room, and started talking about GridEx, which is a grid-down system test that we’re doing in November. We’ve done these tests before, and they’re not a big deal.
At one point, the VP of security got up to talk, and he told us that some government people would be coming in to run some tests at the same time our test is happening. While we’re running the simulation, we’re also supposed to do a fire drill for noncritical employees. I asked if the guys coming in were NRC, and was told that some would be NRC, but there will be another group working with them.

My boss asked who the other agency was, and the VP said he didn’t know, because the NRC people didn’t know yet. NRC guys will be taking them in to different areas of the facility. We were told to give them our full cooperation, and that they would have vital access clearance,
which lets them go anywhere in the plant.

I have never in 20 years been in a locked door management meeting, where I was told to give vital access clearance to non-NRC people, who also aren’t employees. All the NRC guys know the safety procedures, dosimetry, exposure limits, and the operational procedures. They’re going to be taking people with no training on a tour through here? I never saw anything like this before.

I shared this yesterday at a few sites. I am re-posting it today as well.
Well, it’s probably nothing. However, a catastrophe would let the powers that be out of the corner they’ve painted themselves into. The economy was based on perpetual growth, a perpetual motion machine that eventually has to stop. When it stops, and people lose everything they’ve worked for their whole lives, and see that they’ve been had and stolen from, there’s going to be a lot of trouble. So how do you get out of such a problem?
1. Quantitative Easing
2. Perpetual warfare to divert attention and stimulate the economy
3. Control access to information, ex. Eliminate M-3 and falsify other measures of the economy like jobs and inflation.
4. Militarize the police.
5. Attempt to ban weapons and confiscate guns (note: this has failed in most jurisdictions)
6. Restrict access to ammo
And finally, when you can’t delay any longer, create an event of such epic proportions that the total collapse of the economy can be blamed on it rather than the true cause. We even have an historic example in the Oct. 29, 1929 stock market crash. There have been many other epic market crashes in the past, but they still point to this as the cause of the Great Depression, which is ridiculous.
My question to your is how far will they go to have us overlook the greatest mishandling of governance in our history? Pretty far is my guess.

This DOES open one’s eyes to all possibilities. To lose the power grid and not have electric for several months is one thing, a BIG inconvenience for sure and it would definitely cause deaths, but it’s manageable. But to lose all means of keeping nuclear power plant fuel rods continuously cooled is a check mate. Fukushima and Chernobyl are perfect examples of when nuclear power goes wrong. The only *safe* thing to do would be to jettison the rods into space or bury them DEEP underground. And I mean DEEP. The problem still remains tho… HOW to keep the rods cooled UNTIL they are disposed of?
May God forgive us for our sins, stupidity, and for turning away. May he also save us from ourselves.
A lot is talked about here regarding False Flags and disasters that require a degree of cooperation from a third party not a part of the chain of command. Just be advised that if you are ordered, pressured, induced or bribed to cooperate and something bad happens you immediately become expendable.
There is a question I ask every future son-in-law I have met. Would you fight the bearto protect my daughter? It is the same here. Faced with a decision to protect those you love, and even a nation of strangers, are you willing to fight the bear?

I have long had a theory that DHS was never created or put into place to stop terrorist attacks it was put into place to ensure that they are done correctly for political gain, even before I worked for them I suspected it. The rogues get caught then there are the ones probably trained by our own CIA who either succeed or are placed in the right place at the right time to take the blame. It’s not paranoia when federal agencies are training for an inevitable collapse of our power grid and transportation system, becuase there seems to be a pattern of orchestrated disastrous events that mirror the former training exercises of our federal agencies. It is cognitive dissonance that causes so many to believe that our government was making every attempt to be proactive by preparing for a never before seen type of terrorist attack on a part of our societal structure that is vulnerable to attack shortly before it is for the first time attacked in the exact same manner as the training. Never in the history of our nations government have any protective agencies been proactive rather than reactive in their actions or training. Judging by the testing and training of our federal agencies, I’m guesstimating that at some point in the next 4 years our leadership is planning an orchestrated take down of our nations power grid and transportation network, prepare if you can.
I heard about something like this a month ago. I lived in Pennsylvania near Harrisburg and Three Mile Island nuke plant. I am for the moment, safe in the Philippines. Money crash…yeah, now thats still a problem……

They will run a ‘fire drill’ simultaneously with this test? Why…as if I didn’t know already. If this is true, it is just one more thing that doesn’t pass the sniff test.
That “letter” is a gullibility test. We’ve been seeing those as long as email’s been free. They’re all written the same. The first paragraph sets up credibility and plants the seed of “I’m someone in the know, so I know what I’m talking about”. This often sounds like “I’ve done this for x amount of years”, or “my brother who’s an engineer…”, or “the people up top that I know personally..”, “as someone that does this for a living…”. At the end they re-assert this credibility to cast aside doubt to the claims in their letter, and between the first and last paragraph is a leading story that tells you what they want you to believe. In all actuality, it’s a load of crap. They have sold a lot of internet rumors and patriot mythology this way. Watch for this format in every “insider” release of pertinent information, or someone’s claims to something extraordinary. Chances are, someone’s setting you up for failure, they want you to believe this so that they can disprove it later and make you look bad, or, guide your thinking for future use.
