The block is not being done legitimately, this blocked mail was a mail sent TO, and NOT FROM the box. Why is spam cop blocking TO mails, and not just mails being sent by the box if their only intention was NOT to stifle alternative media? This type of block will prevent whistleblowers from contacting the media from a Yahoo box, as long as the receiving box belongs to someone the elite want silenced. This is supposed to happen in secret, spamcop screwed up by letting the sender know the mail did not make it.
