Just Released Footage: Utah Officers Assaulted By Fugitive (Shocking Video)
(N.Morgan) This is one time, the police were on the losing end of a fight. Scott Todd Sanders, 30, a known gang member, was in a violent clash with 2 Utah police officers, on December 31th. This intense encounter was caught from the police cruiser’s dash cam.
Officers got into a fistfight with Sanders, before they were finally able to restrain and arrest him. Afterward, police said they discovered a gun underneath the seat where he had been sitting, as well as drugs and drug paraphernalia. Two officers were injured during the struggle, including Olsen, who is expected to miss several weeks of work with a knee injury.
“Knowing who was involved with this, it’s pretty unsettling,” South
Ogden Police Chief Darin Parke said of the incident. “You realize how
dangerous it can be at times out there and how some people are very
determined to continue on their way and not be arrested.”

I don’t understand why you have to include the word “Shocking” in the header. Surely it wasn’t “Shocking” compared to other segments seen on “Cops”. Also, I might be wrong but did I miss something? I do not recall any mention of a gun discovered underneath the driver’s seat, nor drug paraphernalia found during the search.
