FEDS Caught Red-Handed Plotting Bio-Chemical Attacks on U.S. Trains and Subways

SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the Obama administration, at the behest of international intelligence agencies, will once again attempt to execute a major train/subway-related terror attack in 2014. Although this attacks could occur in any U.S. city or state, it will most likely transpire in Washington, D.C., New York City, or within the Northeast Corridor (NEC).

The first general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s underground (e.g., a subway), the attack will be of a bio-chemical nature (e.g., sarin, smallpox, anthrax, etc.). Since passengers are already below sea-level, it’s far easier for them to be suffocated by the bio-chemical agent, making the likelihood of them contracting the infectious disease all the more likely. This particular scenario was witnessed in the Tokyo Subway Sarin Attack of March 20, 1995, and will likely be witnessed once again in New York City during the Obama administration.

The second general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s a passenger train (e.g., Amtrak), the attack will be of a conventional explosive nature. Explosive-driven attacks create a gruesome scene for all the public to see, as well as a staging ground for minions of government-owned media to salivate over. In short, the scene becomes a round-the-clock news center. This particular scenario was witnessed in the Madrid Train Bombings of March 11, 2004, and the London Train Bombings of July 7, 2005, both of which share the distinct earmarks of state-sponsored terror (see: “7/7 Ripple Effect” and “Madrid 3/11”).

As depicted in the Truther.org report entitled “Red Alert: Mass Bio-Terror Pandemic Imminent”, the genesis of the 2014 bio-terror pandemic will be a “made-for-TV event” whereby millions will witness a bio-terror outbreak on “live” television. This so called bio-terror “event” will likely occur when the agents known as anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) or smallpox (Variola major) are released into a controlled environment such a subway or train.

In the aftermath of the bio-terror rail attack, so-called “domestic terrorists” will be scapegoated. However, as witnessed in the 9/11 Anthrax Attacks which infected 22 people and killed 5, the source of the biological agent will most likely be the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The historical record reflects that none other than USAMRIID supplied the Ames anthrax strain which was used in the post-9/11 bio-terror attacks.

Bio-Terror Trending
Prior to a major bio-terror attack and subsequent outbreak, the public must be psychologically programed that this is in fact possible. Although there are literally thousands of bio-terror related events which have occurred over the last few years, in March of 2014 alone, there are three ongoing outbreaks within the United States. The first incident was reported on March 7, 2014, when a measles outbreak was reported in Manhattan. Six days later on March 13, 2014, it was revealed that a deadly pig virus has now infected 27 U.S. states. A day later on March 14, 2014, it was reported that a stomach virus closed a school after 230 students got sick. Needless to say, outbreaks are trending which suggests that a high-profile bio-terror attack is imminent.

Rail Terror Trending
Prior to a high-profile bio-terror subway or train attack, the public must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. In 2014 alone, there has been an unprecedented amount of train related accidents, disasters and emergencies around the world, most of which have occurred within the U.S. Although it’s impossible to confirm, it does appear that most if not all of these incidents were staged with the goal of setting the precedent for a major rail-related terror attack.

I. TRAIN TERROR DRILLS:

1.1: Tri-State Bio-Terror Drill (March, 2013)
In what appears to be a terror drill for a New York-based bio-terror attack targeting rail-related transportation, it was reported on March 8, 2014, that the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) executed a terror drill which simulated a bio-terror attack and train derailment. According to reports, members of fire and rescue companies, State Police, county Hazmat teams, and representatives from the office of emergency management conducted a “major drill exercise” which involved an unknown hazardous waste later identified only as “chlorine”.

1.2: Mumbai Metro Fire Drill (March 2013)
In what appears to be practice for an impending train-related terror attack, it was reported on March 14, 2014, that the Mumbai fire and police departments executed a fire-related terror drill on the Mumbai Metro One Private Ltd (MMOPL). The drill featured an evacuation of the Metro staff who acted as ‘passengers’ in the drill was which was reportedly executed in 6 minutes. It’s imperative to remember that the main reason “anti-terror drills” are conducted by men in black ski masks is to hide their given nationality. For example, Israeli Mossad members could practice a train terror attack in India for an upcoming real-life terror attack in New York, without ever being identified. By hiding their given nationality, the real terrorists can practice and perfect their terror attacks without ever getting noticed.

1.3: London Underground Bio-Terror Drill (June, 2013)
In what appears to be a beta-test for the real bio-terror operation planned for the subways of New York City, the city of London is coincidentally drilling biological attacks on the Underground using tasteless and odorless gasses. On June 14th, 2013, it was reported by the BBC that biological terror “tests” would be executed in the London Underground to “see how quickly poisonous gases could spread across the Tube network” with the aim to “create a better understanding of how to respond in the event of them being deliberately or accidentally released”. According to the report, the bio-terror drills will be executed at undisclosed times during the month of June using “non-hazardous materials”. The poisonous gasses are scheduled to be released at 11 stations between rush-hour times near the opening of the tunnels so that the public will not be able to see, smell or taste it.

1.4:  New York Subway Bio-Terror Drill (July, 2013)
Like London, New York is executing the same exact bio-terror drill on its subway system which is expected to go “live” at some point. According to the April 24th, 2013, report by Fox News, the New York Police Department is teaming up with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Brookhaven National Laboratory as part of a $3.4 million federal grant to, “study how chemical weapons could be dispersed through the air into the subway system”, the nation’s largest. According to the report, the bio-terror drills will be conducted during the month of July in all five New York City boroughs where researchers will track the movement of “harmless tracer gases” which “mimic how a chemical or biological weapon may react if released.” Naturally, NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly reportedly stated that the study will help safeguard the city against attacks.

II. FLASHBACK:

2.2: Flashback: Super Bowl Transit Attack
Back on February 2, 2014, Truther.org published a terror alert in respect to an impending bio-terror attack on mass transit during Super Bowl XLVIII in New York City. Coincidentally, in what appears to be the “clean-up” job, it was reported on February 2, 2014, that an emergency situation occurred at the Seaucius train station in New Jersey due to a “collapsed” Super Bowl fan. The train station, which is only 2.6 miles from Met-Life Stadium, appears to have been the chosen bio-terror attack location and therefore a fabricated “emergency” was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives and/or bio-terror agents which has been inserted into the mass-transit station. The emergency provided a convenient window whereby the train station could be cleaned up without drawing any suspicion.
