CELESTIAL EVENTS FOR 2014 - Meteor Storm over Earth Comet 209P/Linear - Comet Siding Spring to Impact Mars

Dust and debris sail over Earth presumably along its last known orbit and continues in all the paths it spewed forth while Earth prepares to go through its earlier incoming trajectory; the awesome 10,000 year orbit Comet Lovejoy remains bright and viewable into January but will begin to diminish into February; many new comets, Earth passages through other comet tails, century old comets tail backed up and packed with meteorites waiting for a rendezvous with Earth, asteroids, challenging conjunctions, and celestial events worth looking for are highlighted in this video including some examples of the distant and not so near past to illustrate significance. This video introduces to Youtube viewers the newly discovered almost 57,000 year orbit Comet C/2013-V5 Oukaimeden favorable for southern hemisphere observers. Oukaimeden also rises from under the inner solar system in the same season with C/2012-K1 PANSTARRS and the newly discovered hyperbolic C/2013-A1 Siding Spring comet that may prove to be the most significant celestial event in the new year and will go down in the history books. Because Comet Siding Spring’s perihelion happens as it scrapes by Mars and its two moons Deimos and Phobos, and there are numerous variables, adjustments to be made and unknown factors, Siding Spring is now listed by this producer as a Bitter Celestial Object (BCO) [see previous Humanspan video for definition - "Celestial Objects in Perspective"] with numerous outcomes possible. Subsequent videos will document this in detail as is demanded and will also show the rising of Oukaimeden and Siding Spring closely at perihelion with PANSTARRS joining these two new comets to create the perfect “Cometary Triumvirate”.
