Feds to Parents: No Lunches From Home Without Doctor’s Note, School Lunch Only

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

ReaFarmacy.com

It looks like the days of trading half of your peanut butter and jelly sandwich for half of your best friend’s ham sandwich may soon be over if the federal government has anything to do with it.

A Richmond, Virginia mother received the following note, telling her not to pack a lunch for her pre-school age child.

Dear Parents,

I have received word from Federal Programs Preschool pertaining to lunches from home. Parents are to be informed that students can only bring lunches from home if there is a medical condition requiring a specific diet, along with a physicians note to that regard.

I am sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact Stephanie [redacted] the Health Coordinator for Federal Programs Preschool at [redacted].

Thanks,

Ms. [redacted]

Really?

What happened to the apostrophe in physician’s?. This is a school but they’re more concerned about a kid’s sandwiches than about his spelling. No wonder America’s going to the dogs.

Two words: HOME SCHOOL (or is that one hyphenated word?)

The only way to slay this beast is to starve it. Refuse to pay for public education, or for all non-essential funding that contributes to the removal of constitutional guarentees by our government, that their funding will dry up on the vine so as to make those agencies non-effect and therefore they (the agency) become obsolete.

Think about it, who employs who!?!…..Need I say more?

Start home schooling or a private school. Public schools are paid by the counting of noses. Or group together and start a charter school. Get out of public schools.

      • Shaun

Public Schools are paid for by the U.C.C., just like prisons, jails, courts, municipalities, etc…..

Give them a dr.’s note then. Easy enough to get one. This child is required to have a high energy high junk food diet by my orders.

      Go to discoveryK12.com for a non-commoncore education!

Remove the kid fron that school before they try to implant the mark in him. As it is they are insisting he eats GMO foods. These people don’t care about kids all they care about is how much money the elite are paying them. Their intention is to make slaves and maybe even DNA hybrids from the kids.

      WTF?????

      • turtle

You are both right. Who knows what the state slips into kids food to dumb them down (even more) into unquestioning tax slaves and shorten their lives so they don’t become a drain on the system beyond their useful working years. Get them while they are young!

    • George Armstrong

This is old news. It pertains to a few preschools for kids of poor families and what not. There is no federal law that states this. Its just these 20 something preschools trying to get compensated from the government for the swill they pass off as nutrition.
