Massive Facebook Child Pornography Bust

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – May 4, 2014  – (Before It’s News) Facebook founder Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Zuckerberg is currently facing a raft of criminal and felony charges in connection to his company “Facebook”. Others who have been indicated by being complicit in these crimes are as follows: Mary Jo White, current Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission. James Clooney, Chief of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Eric Holder, Attorney General, as well as a myriad of others. The entire Board of Directors of Facebook, for instance.

These felony charges and crimes were exposed as the result of an investigation carried out by a reporter for the online publication known as WND (formerly WorldNetDaily) whose tag line is “A Free Press For a Free People”. On their website they explain, “WND is an independent news company dedicated to uncompromising journalism, seeking truth and justice and revitalizing the role of the free press as a guardian of liberty. We remain faithful to the traditional and central role of a free press in a free society – as a light exposing wrongdoing, corruption and abuse of power.”

The way this investigation came about is best described by WND themselves – “WND’s Chelsea Schilling is a brave lady. She courageously took an assignment to go undercover on Facebook to expose the darkest, most sickening aspect of that social network: prevalent child rape imagery and video. The result of her gut-twisting investigation is a four-part series being published this week at WND. Part one, titled, “Kids Raped, Sodomized on Facebook Pages,” was published on Sunday. For the many millions of Facebook users, this is new information. As Ms. Schilling reports, not many people are aware that this side of Facebook exists. She is shining the light on this depraved, criminal enterprise, and it seems that the leaders of Facebook are not happy about it.” Part 2, Part 3, Part 4.

After researching her investigation, and through my own independent investigation, I came to realize that Mary Jo White, James Clooney and Eric Holder should all be incarcerated for “Aiding and Abetting”.

To fully understand this situation and the crimes committed one needs to do no more than look back at the history of “chat rooms” on the Internet. Chat rooms are synonyms with the Internet, they are what helped the Internet make it is what it is today. Newbies, as they were called in the early days of the Net, were new computer users without computer science degrees. They were truck drivers, waitresses, construction workers without any formal education but were eager and interested enough to buy one of the now affordable computer systems, like the IBM 386 PS1 or IBM 486 PS2 , with a whopping 80 megabyte hard-drive and 16 MB of RAM (Random Access Memory), but these early adopters could not afford to get high-priced help from people with computer science degrees, they needed help on operating their IBM-386 PS-1 with a 20 MHz processor by either dialing up to a Bulletin Board ( a persons home-computer with a modem connected to a phone line that would talk with any computer who phones their home via another home computer and modem) or the early Internet. Bulltein Boards were an early Internet but in a much more primtive form (and there were thousands of them all across North America and some parts of Europe). It didn’t have the redundancy so its disputable whether it really was an Internet per se. It operated on nodes. You didn’t need an ISP to access BB’s, as they were called, all you needed was a computer with a modem and a phone line.

Around that same time the Internet we have today came to fruition, vast amounts of now-savvy home computer users were easily able to adapt after honing their skills on the home based, dial-up, Bulletin Board computer systems. They were still using dial-ups to access the Internet and could still get help from other users, people could find downloads, files, computer games and they patched their own computers. It was a community.

BB’s had email and a primitive form of chat rooms. On the early Internet this became something called “Newsgroups” where you could chat by posting messages to a group with a specific topic name, e.g. Astronomers. Once these forums lost vogue “ICQ” came along with Relay Chat. Both hugely popular. Most if not all of these had what was called a “moderator”, a person who was elected or appointed as a watch-person or watch-dog, making sure people didn’t post illegal material or get into arguments that detracted from the subject or topic. Arguments were called “flame-wars” and there were many of them that ended up destroying many chat rooms and “newsgroups”. Browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer came with software that helped you access these rooms as they were not on the WWW network.

Fast forward 15 years, many Internet sites still had chat rooms but many were now called “Forums”. There were fewer “moderators” and many with none at all as these moderators often got burned-out refereeing arguments and disputes, plus the positions didn’t pay and they were volunteers most the time.

Financial stock chat-rooms and forums became the biggest boon for the promotion of the Internet, people could now start managing their stocks and investment portfolios with software and websites no-one had dreamed of just 30 years earlier.

Day traders, as some were called, could make hundreds of thousands of dollars each year being their own stockbroker, trading stocks online with tools only the top bankers and financial experts had access to before.

Raging Bull, Silicon Investor, and Stockhouse, were all well visited financial World Wide Web (WWW) websites with hits (visitors) not regsitered in the thousands but by the ten’s of millions as people learned to take control of, and guide, their own stock portfolios. The price of trading trading a stock went down while the volume of stock trading went up, all with the help of stock “chat rooms” and stock “forums”.

Getting back to Facebook, there are literally millions upon millions of un-moderated chat rooms and forums on Facebook called “Comments”, all with discussions taking place like the early Bulletin Boards and World Wide Web, which usually had moderators for the needed policing. How was this achieved? Facebook flagrantly, willfully and intentionally snubbed their nose at all the laws regarding policing of any kind on their Facebook website, only token survellinace takes place and is their policy on illegal activity in order to squash concerns by law-enforcement over the blantant violations on and in their vehicle. The best way to describe this situation is through analogies. Facebook has one policeman on a street corner with no radio, no gun and no nightstick, he/she is policing a city of over 200,000,000 people, and then Facebook tells that city to police themselves by ratting on neighbors. That’s it exactly it!. And then to make things worse, through their business model Facebook will take your tax dollars (investor money on the stock market) FOR policing and then keep those dollars. They have no moderators watching out for illegal activity in these forums or chat rooms. Facebook blatantly and flagrantly allows flame-wars and illegal pictures to be posted and without repercussions. A WWW site, also known as a website, like Facebook, in legal terms, in a court of law, is known as a ”vehicle”. Look it up if you are confused or do not understand. Look in the dictionary under “vehicle”.

Facebook is a vehicle. It transports bits, information, ideas, pictures, videos, personal information. It is bigger than a truck in that sense. If you loaded up all the Facebook hard-drives and computer servers with transporting information it would take dozens of trucks.

Facebook is also an investment vehicle. You can communicate with that vehicle at many locations and it will convey information back. Facebook is a vehicle as “a means of transmission or passage”, it is also an investment vehicle where you actually physically give it money and it transports your investment money. It is a medium of communication since you have to logon and access that medium. Under USA laws and legal terms Facebook.com is considered a vehicle under numerous categories but most importantly under U.S. Customs and Border Protection laws. You could be aiding and abetting Facebook in numerous ways, carrying cached Facebook pages on your laptop as you enter or leave the U.S. for instance.

Enter the felons. The Securities and Exchange Commission Chair Mary Jo White, James Clooney, Chief of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Eric Holder, the Attorney General, all know Mark Zuckerberg, the Facebook founder, and his Board Of Directors are broadcasting child pornography and illicit material on a daily basis. They let it continue in order to assist other pedophiles and criminals. It is blatant and in-your-face kind of material and the crimes committed by all of the above They are not stopping him in order to make their friends, associates, bosses, friends of Obama, friends of Bush, friends of Clinton, let’s just say friends of government , rich.

I have already communicated with legal experts on this. Here is what I can tell you. Facebook is a vehicle under the legal definition of “vehicle” used in a court of law in the USA, and elsewhere around the world. In the USA and at their border crossings, if a vehicle is transporting just 1 gram of marijuana the vehicle could or should be impounded and the driver/operator arrested. Since many people are confused over medical marijuana laws and federal and state laws and jurisdictions I will say categorically that is a bad example. I will go one step further. If the vehicle is transporting, in the trunk or back-seat, or on the floor or under the hood, 1:100th of a gram of heroin that vehicle should be seized and impounded and the driver arrested. If that vehicle is transporting graphic child pornography pictures on a DVD, or CD, or memory stick, or computer hard-drive, or even a magazine, that driver should be arrested and the vehicle seized and impounded.

Facebook under the legal definition, in a USA court of law, constitutes a “vehicle” and it is transporting and distributing child pornography. I am in contact with, have communicated with, and have an account with and file number with U.S. Customs and Border Protection . They tell me that when a vehicle such as Facebook, or a vehicle like a CD, or DVD, or a memory stick, or truck, or a car, or a boat, or plane contains even 1:1000 of a gram or heroin, or just 1:10,000 or a gram of cannabis or just one picture of child pornography, they seize that vehicle and arrest the operator. They call their mandate “Zero Tolerance”.

It’s time to have zero tolerance for Facebook and their child pornography. It’s time to have zero tolerance for U.S. elected officials and criminals hiding this completely outrageous and un-acceptable situation with Facebook while Zuckerberg and the SEC pump the stock price so insiders can make billions of dollars off of child pornography while U.S. politicians make millions on stock.
