Checkmate? They Want Rule The World Together??? Russia, China present new joint draft to prevent outer space war

China and Russia have jointly submitted an updated draft international treaty on banning the deployment of weapons in outer space to a UN-sponsored disarmament conference.

The US and Israel have repeatedly voted against UN resolutions on the prevention of an arms race in outer space.

The updated draft Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, the Threat or Use of Force Against Outer Space Objects, was presented at a plenary session of the Conference on Disarmament, the world’s sole multilateral forum for disarmament negotiations.

The new draft treaty prepared by Russia and China is a revised version of the one the two allies had presented earlier, including definition and scope of the treaty, organizations as well as mechanisms to solve disputes, said Wu Haitao, China’s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary for disarmament affairs.

The Treaty on Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space and of the Threat or Use of Force Against Outer Space Objects (PPWT) was first proposed by China and Russia in February 2008 as an international legally binding treaty that would outlaw the weaponization of space.

Indian in the machine:  Okay let’s put this into context.

-Space is ALREADY weaponized by Russia for sure, and I’m sure China has a few things up there that are, “Made in China”.

-Russia ALREADY rules space…. with their COSMOSPHERES.

-Russia CANNOT win a war with China, because China has underground facilities for much of their citizens… and a multimillion person army.  

-China cannot win a war with Russia beause Russian’s are too strategic and have a very big country with all their arsenal spread out over vast distances.

-Neither China or Russia want to go to war with each other.

Some possibilities:

-China and Russia have joined teams to rule the world.  Head’s Up California! Red Alert! Russian Nuclear Bombers Fly Within 50 Miles Of California Coast – Why?

-China and Russia have joined teams to disarm… they know our galactics are here by the trillions in our solar system.

-All warring energies on earth are dissipating due to the photon belt, and solar energy waves.

-This is another step in the disclosure process, of welcoming our ET family to land on our surface…. without humans shooting at them, as does often happen… earth will disarm for real.

-Space is already sufficiently weaponized, for Russia and China to attempt to rule the world through the UN Nations… (According to our galacics, UN Charter is based on Russian Constitution… almost word for word in many instances).

No Human Army Can Win Against God’s Army

All earth armies… put your elastic bands away… none of you match the superiority of God’s army of galactic peace warriors…. with trillions of years of technological superiority.

While China and Russia are quite evil in how they go about things… they aren’t completely stupid… or ignorant of the fact that our galactics are here coming to earth as part of a multiverse ascension process. What this means, is that Creation is continually changing… and is now making a big expansion outward… I mean ALL UNIVERSES… not only this one.   Sooooooooooo this means war on our planet is ending… could this draft joint treaty between Russia and China, mean the last planet in the multiverse (earth), is finally going to become a peaceful planet?  They may make an attempt to take over the world, but it certainly wouldn’t last that long… humans have grown very tired of their slavery haven’t we????  It will be interesting to see how China and Russia do with the United States… after all… the take over wave begun decades ago… and both have definitely made pacts with the new world order… which is in a big shambles right now, since those with big egos, ultimately do not work together or share together nicely…  thank you for attracting God’s army of Light to our surface… and big thanks for clearing the earth consciousness grid of all warring energies!
