11.) Why the law suit Against Obama is a Lie and Distraction……
Can someone answer these questions:
1. In a civil suit one only ask for money or cease an action or perform an action — what is the House asking for?
2. For a civil suit to be in Federal court the parties must be residents of different states. Congress has no residence. Congress is not a legal person. There are 435 members without a domicile or an incorporation, or birth certificate. So how can they file a civil suit?
3. Will Congressmen give a deposition in the suit? That could be a minimum of 535 persons under threat of perjury.
4. How long could it take to depose 535 persons or more?
5. Where would a trial take place? DC? How long to get a jury? I would think the Cons would not want DC residents as jurors.
6. Could the members of the SC be called as witnesses? They would have to give testimony under oath.
7. Could this take years to get to court.? Would the cost be in the national budget?
