SWITZERLAND, Basel — Unable to execute the ISIS prison break attack on Guantanamo Bay Naval Base (GITMO) in Cuba or the full-scale ISIS terrorist invasion of the continental United States via Florida, it now appears that the CIA is plotting a wave of ISIS-related terror attacks in India.

Exactly what type of attack the CIA has planned is not known, but it will likely mirror the 2008 Mumbai Terror Attacks in which multiple locations in India were attacked simultaneously Like the Mumbai attacks, the ISIS terrorists (i.e., Special Forces) will likely take hostages, resulting in a lengthy siege. That being said, it’s also possible that the ISIS terrorists may execute a bio-terror attack (see below) which could spark the global pandemic planned for 2014.

The notion that ISIS terrorists are now on the move from Syria to another country was recently highlighted in the July 25, 2014, Fox News report entitled “Norwegian Intelligence Chief: Group from Syria En Route to Commit Terror in West”. According to the timely report, the PST (Norway’s CIA) stated that they have information about an imminent “concrete threat” based on “reliable information”. Predictably, the terror threat was unspecific about what the target might be, or when or where an attack could take place.

Back on June 27, 2014, the state-sponsored terror group known as ISIS released its global takeover map which coincidentally included India. Shortly thereafter on July 2, 2014, it was revealed that ISIS has plans to target India for jihad and that ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Badhdadi vows to avenge India’s past treatment of Muslims.

Also on, July 2, 2014, the Hindustan Times reported that ISIS confirmed that Indians could be part of insurgent terror group, ultimately confirming that the CIA is planning false-flag terror attacks in India. Also on July 2, 2014, it was reported that 46 Indian nurses were taken hostage by ISIS in Iraq, potentially foreshadowing the notion that ISIS will take hostages, attack hospitals and launch a bio-terror attack in India.

FLASHBACK: 2014 Indian Consulate Attack
The notion that Islamic terrorists are actively targeting India was recently witnessed on May 23, 2014, when gunmen armed with machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades attacked the Indian consulate in Afghanistan. According to reports, at least three gunmen opened fire on the consulate from a nearby building in Herat before being killed by Indian security forces. Although no terror group immediately claimed responsibility for the terror attack, an Afghani group called “Ansar al-Tawhid” reportedly uploaded a video online on May 17, 2014 openly threatening India. Needless to say, the consulate attack set the precedent for a far more deadly Islamic terrorist attack in India.

FLASHBACK: 2008 Mumbai Terror Attacks
Back on November 26-29, 2008, the Mumbai Terror Attacks rocked the city of Mumbai, India, killing 164 people and wounding at least 308. Although the attacks were scapegoated onto the state-sponsored terror group known as Lashkar-e-Taiba, they were ultimately masterminded on the ground by a CIA double-agent known as David Coleman Headley. Predictably, Headley was double-crossed and sentenced to 35 years in prison for the terror attacks on January 24, 2013. In the event that Indian is once again targeted by the CIA, the attacks will once again be executed on the ground by CIA personal and Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists).

ISIS Bio-Terror
The endgame of the CIA-spawned terrorists known as ISIS (who were secretly trained at a secret base in Jordan) is a bio-chemical terror attack which spawns the bio-terror pandemic planned for 2014. This particular narrative was first identified on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that “abandoned” barrels containing deadly sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, it was reported that Iraq has now lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005, “The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction” reported that the intelligence community was “dead wrong” in its assessments of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. invasion. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS terrorists have located two bio-chemical weapon depots inside Iraq within 27 days? Needless to say, the entire ISIS-bio-terror narrative has been fabricated by the CIA in order to provide the necessary cover for a state-sponsored bio-chemical attack, one which may take place in India in the imminent future.
