Mini-HAARP Horror: Secret Navy Electronic Weapon Beams To Test Radiating Millions Americans

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

The United States Navy will unleash its secret electronic warfare weapon terror on millions more Americans after the new year, the kind of nightmarish test already torturing thousands of innocent targeted individuals, unless enough outrage is expressed today, the last day for comment.

Electronic Warfare Terror Guinea Pigs

The Navy, in partnership with the Forestry Department plan to turn a massive part of Washington State’s magnificent Olympic Peninsula, along with a large portion of the state’s magnificent northwest into Electronic Warfare training ranges.

Think you’re immune? Think again.

The goal of such electronic warfare operations, in parlance of counterintelligence personnel and military personnel, is to “subvert” or “neutralize” any innocent individual deemed by a government agency (or its informants) to be an enemy. In today’s never-ending, manufactured war on terror, the enemy is possibly the reader. The enemy today is typically a person of high standards, morals, leadership abilities and compassion – the type that experience workplace and community mobbing.

If the reader knew about and thought the Navy’s HAARP facility and electronic weapons used to assault innocent targeted individuals have been sinister, brace for newer and better versions for torturing and killing humans.

A giant antenna resembling a house-sized golfball is to be installed at the Naval Station at Moclips, just outside Quinault Indian Reservation on the Olympic Peninsula, according to local newspaper reports.

The Navy’s new giant antenna will have an effective power of 5 million watts capable of sending 64 simultaneous beams at frequencies between 2 and 18 GHz, according to calculations from the warfare testing Environmental Assessment data,

The golfball will only be 40 feet off the ground.

But wait. There’s more.

Three mobile truck-mounted antennas will be moved between 15 different sites in the Olympic National Forest.  Three more mobile antennas will operate from 8 different locations in the Okanagan and Colville National Forests in northeastern Washington.

Each of those anatennas have power of 100,000 watts. They will be in use 260 days a year, eight to sixteen hours a day.

The plan is for the city of Forks to be directly in the line of fire, right between three of those locations and the Pacific Ocean.

Locations in the Colville National Forest are next to the Colville Indian Reservation, about 70 miles northwest of Spokane, and one is only 3 miles from the city of Oroville.

In addition, UHF transmitters will be added to an existing tower on Octopus Mountain in the Olympic Peninsula for communication with aircraft and ships.

Radiation will impact predominantly native Americans, despite what officials involved in the plan say.

“Human tissue is directly susceptible to shock or burns when metallic objects, which have absorbed high electromagnetic radiation, are touched,” according to the environmental assessment. “This type of burn would be similar to the type of burn produced inside a microwave oven. There are no conclusive direct hazards to human tissue as a result of electromagnetic radiation.”

An “environmental coordinator” for the U.S. Forest Service, Greg Wahl, who is leading the project, said the radiation testing will have no significant impact, eliminating the need for a study on the environmental effect of the war games, according to The Peninsula Daily News.

“Links to DNA fragmentation, leukemia, and cancer due to intermittent exposure to extremely high levels of electromagnetic radiation are speculative; study data are inconsistent and insufficient at this time,” the environmental assessment said.

Lisa Becker, resident of Wisconsin, traveled to Washington DC to present evidence to President Obama of being tortured for ten years through non-consensual human experimentation. Ms. Becker presented her evidence to Obama through his Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues who listened to her account in the allocated one and one-half minutes that she and others were provided to explain years of cruel and unusual treatment as a test subject of military grade weaponry.

This month, on October 11, Becker emailed Deborah Dupré.

“I am at the point of being able to speak out,” she wrote in her email. “Thank you for speaking out for me and the rest of us that are being tortured in America.”

More military madness coming your way – at home, in your community, in the USA.

I will raise you one, Deb.
I would be more than concerned about this “break-through”, if I was judeo-christian in my “Beliefs”.

There will be no hiding it (your thoughts), and then the diabolical weapon you feature above, could just WACK everyone ‘targeted’ from a ways away!!!!!!

Soon, we (even those of us that detest your “beliefs”) are going to have to do more than “post and talk” about this stuff.

Notice, the altruistic spin put on this inner voice “mind-reading”, literally, DEVICE!

MORE god-like POWERS (“only god could do that”) coming your WAY, IN Reality!!!!
To certainly use against you and yours.

As you read this, your neurons are firing – that brain activity can now be decoded to reveal the silent words in your head
TALKING to yourself used to be a strictly private pastime. That’s no longer the case – researchers have eavesdropped on our internal monologue for the first time. The achievement is a step towards helping people who cannot physically speak communicate with the outside world.
“If you’re reading text in a newspaper or a book, you hear a voice in your own head,” says Brian Pasley at the University of California, Berkeley. “We’re trying to decode the brain activity related to that voice to create a medical prosthesis that can allow someone who is paralysed or locked in to speak.”
When you hear someone speak, sound waves activate sensory neurons in your inner ear. These neurons pass information to areas of the brain where different aspects of the sound are extracted and interpreted as words.

In a previous study, Pasley and his colleagues recorded brain activity in people who already had electrodes implanted in their brain to treat epilepsy, while they listened to speech. The team found that certain neurons in the brain’s temporal lobe were only active in response to certain aspects of sound, such as a specific frequency. One set of neurons might only react to sound waves that had a frequency of 1000 hertz, for example, while another set only cares about those at 2000 hertz. Armed with this knowledge, the team built an algorithm that could decode the words heard based on neural activity alone (PLoS Biology, doi.org/fzv269).
The team hypothesised that hearing speech and thinking to oneself might spark some of the same neural signatures in the brain. They supposed that an algorithm trained to identify speech heard out loud might also be able to identify words that are thought.

        Mind-reading
To test the idea, they recorded brain activity in another seven people undergoing epilepsy surgery, while they looked at a screen that displayed text from either the Gettysburg Address, John F. Kennedy’s inaugural address or the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty.

Each participant was asked to read the text aloud, read it silently in their head and then do nothing. While they read the text out loud, the team worked out which neurons were reacting to what aspects of speech and generated a personalised decoder to interpret this information. The decoder was used to create a spectrogram – a visual representation of the different frequencies of sound waves heard over time. As each frequency correlates to specific sounds in each word spoken, the spectrogram can be used to recreate what had been said. They then applied the decoder to the brain activity that occurred while the participants read the passages silently to themselves (see diagram).

Despite the neural activity from imagined or actual speech differing slightly, the decoder was able to reconstruct which words several of the volunteers were thinking, using neural activity alone (Frontiers in Neuroengineering, doi.org/whb).

The algorithm isn’t perfect, says Stephanie Martin, who worked on the study with Pasley. “We got significant results but it’s not good enough yet to build a device.”
In practice, if the decoder is to be used by people who are unable to speak it would have to be trained on what they hear rather than their own speech. “We don’t think it would be an issue to train the decoder on heard speech because they share overlapping brain areas,” says Martin.
The team is now fine-tuning their algorithms, by looking at the neural activity associated with speaking rate and different pronunciations of the same word, for example. “The bar is very high,” says Pasley. “Its preliminary data, and we’re still working on making it better.”
The team have also turned their hand to predicting what songs a person is listening to by playing lots of Pink Floyd to volunteers, and then working out which neurons respond to what aspects of the music. “Sound is sound,” says Pasley. “It all helps us understand different aspects of how the brain processes it.”
“Ultimately, if we understand covert speech well enough, we’ll be able to create a medical prosthesis that could help someone who is paralysed, or locked in and can’t speak,” he says.

Several other researchers are also investigating ways to read the human mind. Some can tell what pictures a person is looking at, others have worked out what neural activity represents certain concepts in the brain, and one team has even produced crude reproductions of movie clips that someone is watching just by analysing their brain activity. So is it possible to put it all together to create one multisensory mind-reading device?
In theory, yes, says Martin, but it would be extraordinarily complicated. She says you would need a huge amount of data for each thing you are trying to predict. “It would be really interesting to look into. It would allow us to predict what people are doing or thinking,” she says. “But we need individual decoders that work really well before combining different senses.”

You’re spot on in many ways, it seems to me. I know the volume of emails I get from people forced into mind control testing reflect the end of humanity.

Full Spectrum Dominance means just that – total control of land, see and air – as well as mind body and spirit. That’s what we’re paying our military to achieve.

Most humans do not realize the science-based prediction that in less than 50 years, there will be more robotic humans than not. Our species is being phased out – thanks to the funds we approve for military spending.

I say “we” because it’s our congressional leaders we foolishly continue supporting who approve this obscenity that will be our demise.

I gather there has been little public awareness of the comment period. Surely there is some requirement that the public be informed well in advance to allow for comments? There should be a law requiring national notice of comment periods, not just local.
