Electric Weapon War At Home Targets Innocent Man: ‘They’re Going To Kill Me. Keep My Emails As Evidence.'

Surveillance and military grade electric weapons have been deployed in a covert war waged within the United States borders, persecuting and taking out “the very best Americans”, as a high-profile private investigator told Deborah Dupré in 2010, and as an Oklahoma City man has been telling her weekly since early July.

 

 

“I’m dealing with microwave torture and they told me I would be killed,” said Matthew Mitchell, 54.

 

Mitchell explained he is being tortured in his home night and day, “gang-stalked,” part of a counterintelligence operation set of tactics involving covert surveillance and harassment of a targeted individual, and he is asking for help.

 

“I need the help of someone,” Mitchell said. “No one believe9s) me. Do you know what it like to have friends you have known for years laugh at you and not believe in you well I do. These people they do things but they try to cover there asses they make sure nothing is going on when people are around which makes me look crazy, which I am not.”

 

 

Gangstalking the Good Folks: Historical Context

 

The goal of such local counterintelligence operations, in parlance of counterintelligence personnel, is to “subvert” or “neutralize” an innocent individual deemed by a government agency (or its informants) to be an enemy, that is, typically a person of high standards, morals, leadership abilities and compassion. East Germany’s Stasi (state police) extensively used organized stalking to maintain political control over citizens. Stasis called this “zersetzung,” German for “decomposition” or “corrosion,” referring to the intended psychological, social, and financial effects inflicted on the victim. Using electronic surveillance and electonic weapons (EWs), slander, blacklisting, and other psychological operations (“psyops”) for "counterintelligence purposes" - punishment and/or suppression of dissenters, whistle-blowers and ordinary good people, is well-documented in the U.S. and other nations. Some of these tactics were used against Americans during the infamous Cointelpro operations by the FBI, and Project MKUltra experiments by the CIA.

The innocent Targeted Individual is systematically isolated and harassed to cause sustained psychological torture while creating the least-possible amount of evidence of stalking visible to others. Accomplices, such as neighbors, co-workers, first responders, home repair workers, and even the victims' friends and/or relatives are among those recruited to participate (often unwittingly) by counterintelligence personnel by telling them: 1) the target is a potential threat, 2) the target is the subject of an “investigation,” and 3) under no circumstances can the accomplice tell the victim such.

Psychological operation tactics are used against the TI: threats, verbal harassment, slander, vandalism, abusive phone calls, computer hacking, tormenting the victim with noise, and “mobbing” (orchestrated verbal harassment by strangers, neighbors, or co-workers) and often, electronic weapon attacks.

 

Dr. Phil interviewed a Targeted Individual in an episode that can be viewed on the YouTube, Dr Phil Organized Stalking Victim Segment "I Swear I'm Being Cyber Stalked, Wiretapped & Followed.' (below)  Note how Dr. Phil challenges almost every statement made by the TI Matt Barasch, an attorney and entrepreneur.  One might question whether Dr. Phil responded more like a government agent than a mental health therapist, adding to injury Barasch already suffered. At best, he responded with as little respect and empathy as most lay people do when hearing the targeted individual stories.

 

 

Matt Barasch requested a drug test. Dr. Phil had him drug tested. That came back all clear. Barasch also requested a mental evaluation, because he said he's tired of people not taking his stalking claims seriously. Dr. Phil sent him to Dr. Charles Sophy, a Board Certified psychiatrist and Medical Director for Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Dr. Sophy said that Matt Barasch was sane - but "very anxious." In other words, he found Matt Barasch was not mentally ill but instead, mentally injured. In the case of mental injury, psychological scars can heal over time - if and when the unwanted intrustions causing the anxiety, pain and suffering end. 

 

Cumulative effects of relentless exposure to such surveilance and unwanted intrusions amounts to psychological torture. Every time an individual such as Dr. Phil dismisses or is sarcastic to or rejects a Targeted Individual and/or their account is another stab at the already tortured individual. Even as widespread and as well known as this crime is, no single major rights organization is standing up for the inalienable rights of the innocent targeted victims kept under surveillance 24/7 for the purpose of torturing and killing them.

 

“Why is it that all the experts, when it come[s] to this, no one has the nerves to stand up for me and thousands of others?” asked Oklahoma City resident Matthew Mitchell, 54, in a recent email to Dupré.

 

 

Then, Mitchell stated what thousands of others claim, a claim conventional media reporters read in statements sent to them by TIs and seemingly automatically dismiss as paranoia or schizophrenia when asked to help expose this covert war on America’s best, as private investigator William Taylor says this covert program is doing. Tylically, Mitchell says his doctor has told him he’s making it all up and has even said that Mitchell is doing this to himself.

 

“We have failed to comprehend that the result of the technology that originated in the years of the arms race between the Soviet Union and the West, has resulted in using satellite technology not only for surveillance and communication systems but also to lock on to human beings, manipulating brain frequencies…” wrote psycholanalyst Carol Smith in 2007 in her famous article reprinted in Global Research, On the Need for New Criteria of Diagnosis of Psychosis in the Light of Mind Invasive Technology. “Since the operations are characterized by secrecy, it seems inevitable that the methods that we do know about, that is, the exploitation of the ionosphere, our natural shield, are already outdated as we begin to grasp the implications of their use.” Smith says that if an individual’s “accounting of bizarre experiences more or less guaranteed you a new label or a trip to the psychiatric ward, there is even more reason for a new group of people to be outraged about how their symptoms are being diagnosed. 

 

 

“A doubly cruel sentence is being imposed on people who are the victims of the most appalling abuse by scientific-military experiments, and a totally uncomprehending society is indifferent to their evidence. For the development of a new class of weaponry now has the capability of entering the brain and mind and body of another person by technological means. (Welsh, 1997, 2000) Welsh writes that in the 1970s, physicist Dr. Rauscher had a Q government security clearance for her research on the cosmos with physicist Edward Teller, father of the hydrogen bomb. “She turned down offers to work on Star Wars and today she develops medical devices based on bioelectromagnetics to enhance health.

 

 

“In 2011, MIT professor David Kaiser published the book How the Hippies Saved Physics: science, counterculture and the quantum revival. Scientific American, New York Times and other major news sources have reviewed this fascinating book about Rauscher and George Weissmann, graduate students at UC Berkeley, California. Rauscher and Weissmann founded the Fundamental Fysiks Group (Group) in 1975, an informal weekly discussion group. Dr. Rauscher stated in the oral history:

 

But when I gave talks on it [electromagnetic radiation bioeffects on humans], I was threatened with a guy who was head of navy research for the whole navy. Paul Tyler [head of Navy medical research with an 800 million dollar budget]. If I spoke on my research, this was on the Capitol steps, they would destroy my work and my life. And my God, every contract [at the time] got canceled.  And I didn’t. I stopped doing radio and television with Bill. But that’s when we were married [after his wife divorced him]. This was in the mid ‘80s. And I’m thinking, God! You know, I mean, I grew up in a Republican family that believed in this stuff. I believed in this country and the Constitution. I’ll tell you what. How the perpetrators send covert death threats and microwave torture

 

 

Numerous Facebook pages have been developed and are being maintained to serve the growing number of TIs. Some of these are: Targeted Individuals with 885 members, Targeted Individuals California (WestCoast) with 175 members, Targeted Individual -Evidence Collection with 927 members and  Targeted Individuals Worldwide | Facebook with 327 members. One of the latest TI Facebook pages is World Alliance of Ganstalked Gays (WAGG). These pages show a profound desperation of thousands of TIs sharing their pain, isolation, and fear of being killed or wishing they were dead instead of enduring covert, electric weapon, in-home and in-community torture in silence. One of the latest entries on the Targeted Individuals Facebook page is by Nancy Beth Hart:

 

“How can this many people tell of the same thing and the people don’t even know each other?” Mitchell asked.

 

He said it was probably “too late” for him, but asked, “how many more [need] to be murdered for someone to step forward?” Already, thousands of Targeted Individuals have come forwards, many of whom email and call Dupré, explain the same torment Mitchell says are part of his struggle to survive, according to his emails and medical reports: death threats and subsequent fears.

 

“American people, some of them don’t care about this, but I think there are more that would care if they knew about this microwave torture,” he said. “I know there are some great people out in the world and they wouldn’t stand for this at all.”

 

Convincing Americans who are not targeted, however, is tough. This crime, that meets criteria of a crime against humanity, is also called the “perfect crime” as proof is difficult to obtain, as Darby Dupree stated in a recent Facebook entry, calling it a “war with perfect military strategy”:

 

 

“They have told me that they was going to come get me and put me away forever and no one would see me again because they have done it before. They have threaten to set me up for a crime I didn’t do, like murder or drug case.

 

“What can I do if they do something like that, no one to help me just like when they kill me no one will be there to tell people what happen to me?”

 

Perpetrators are using the magnetic impulse on his car and have told him that they will destroy it soon.

 

“Who’s going to help me defend against these things?”

 

Like many Tis with resources, Mitchell said he tries to keep notes and video evidence for evidence of the crime being committed against him.

 

“If you could talk to my family doctor here in Oklahoma City,  just something so I can have the support of someone.

 

His doctor had told him that he’s doing this to himself. The doctor also told him that he has cancer, as his latest medical reports indicate.

 

 

“I know it’s from the radiation of the torture machines but can’t prove it,” Mitchell said.

 

 

More than one man has proved it. Among those is an Applegate Oregon resident.  He says that after called “mental” by a sheriff’s deputy several times for hearing, and then complaining about noises only he could hear (at that time), he purchased professional-grade instrumentation in hopes of determining and documenting what was happening. He has experience and knowledge of electronics, and knew something was being used to cause odd and torturous impact on him and others in the picturesque little southern Oregon village. What he discovered was remarkable: “the technology was indeed there, and easily available to anyone who could afford it,” he wrote.

 

“He discovered that the harassing neighbor was apparently using some type of an state-of-the-art “electronic warfare system”, on various people living along lower Thompson Creek Road, in Applegate, and elsewhere, and had for some time!” – (Applegate Friends)

 

Instrumentation that the Applegate resident used indicated that one device used is typically part of military and police arsenals. It enables transmitting ultrasonic and infrasonic sound waves. “Other types of sound (analog) can be simultaneously transmitted along with these waves as well, including grating tones, music, etc., all at high (read, painful) decibel levels). This device is how the perpetrator has been able to broadcast sound for over a mile up and down Thompson Creek Road, as heard by several people in the area.

 

“These devices were invented to root out terrorists and control rioters. They’ve been used in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere. As the devices can penetrate even rock, there is no escape from it. Now, though, they are being sold on E-Bay, and at gun shows! Google ‘LRAD’, or ‘HyperSpike’, for more information on this, and similar technologies. Gangs, nutjobs, militia groups, vigilantes, and those simply hating their neighbors, can now purchase this technology, ….and they are.

 

The Applegate victim also purchased a Tri-Field Meter to measure overall electronic activity at the perpetrator’s property. The result of numerous testings (all video taped or photographed) showed “incredible, and highly abnormal amounts of electronic activity coming from the property. This is no anomaly. SOMETHING is going on there,” he wrote. The Tri-Field meter reached maximum almost every time a measurement was taken. Why? Someone has, and is, using a number of powerful and sophisticated electronic devices on that property. There can be no other explanation for the readings obtained (which were time/date photographed and videotaped).”

 

He said at least six people living in proximity of the perpetrator are known to have been terrorized (some, morning, noon, and night) by sounds, and/or, sound pressure, often resulting in terrible tinnitus, and other problems (note, two have since passed away). Some were/are assaulted with some able to hear the tones, and some not (note, some people of a “certain age”, and the very young, cannot hear the output of these devices, but, they can feel the pressure on their ears). 

 

When microwave torture began being applied to Matthew Mitchell, he said in one of his emails to Dupré that he “couldn’t believe it. It was like something out of a movie. I was so shakened, I start[ed] crying. I was and am so afraid,” he said, adding that “the voices and how they can touch me and it feels like a hand and touch me and make it hurt the electric shock and also rape me in my butt.”

 

 

Countless other TIs explain they are being not only psychologically raped, but also sexually raped – physically. Military personnel and even doctors, including psychologists have used both psychological and physical sexual assault on innocent detainees in the Navy’s Guantanamo Bay base in Cuba.

 

 

Mitchell stated what thousands of other innocent TIs allege, including the Applegate TI, regarding sleep deprivation, a form of torture: “I’m kept wake at nights for punishment,” he said in one of several emails he wrote to Dupré, pleading for help.

 

 

Like many doctors, without proper testing to see if microwaves have caused the illness and thus, not properly diagnosing, Mitchell’s doctors blame him, saying they think he is doing this to himself. As far as his cancer, that true

 

 

The Applegate TI victim writes that also emanating from the perp’s property is something believed to have caused two (and perhaps a third) unexplained heart attacks, as well as burning throats, hurting eyes, eye damage, headaches, digestive problems, feelings of burned skin, and muscle spasms in legs and feet.  Did any doctor seeing those patients test for military weapons being applied on them? Highly unlikely – yet TIs are even diagnosed as having a mental illness and even worse: some are instiutionalized with their doctor never properly testing the cause of their hearing sounds and voices threatening them.

 

“It appears to be a microwave based device of some kind (the physical symptoms listed above are associated with use of this type of device),’ the Applegate TI says. ‘E-Bay has for-sale directions for building such a weapon (and of course, the military has developed large versions of this), using a simple kitchen microwave, though the one in use here seems much more powerful. Regardless, this, and other weapons of the type, are made to slowly cook its victims, eventually killing them, without leaving any evidence behind, ….except for the illnesses it causes.

 

“There is no possible way six people can experience the same sounds, and/or, symptoms, without them being real. It is frightening real. It really is happening, and it has been happening right here in our beautiful Applegate Valley! It’s called electronic torture, and “gang-stalking”… (another item to “Google“, but separate the “wheat from the chaff”, ie, the ravings of lunatics, from real victims).

 

“The electronics, methods, and tactics being used by the perpetrator(s) on Thompson Creek Road, in Applegate, Oregon, are much the same as described by other “targeted individuals” (TI’s)  around the nation, and there are hundreds. It must be exposed, and stopped. It is against the law for civilians to possess this type of weaponry, not to mention using it on innocent citizens. Numerous state and federal felony violations, and violations of civil rights enshrined in the Constitution, are occurring.“

 

With proof in hand – instrument readings and recordings taken over a three month period (comprising over 400GB of videotaped and recorded data) and testimonies and illnesses of the victims — he has contacted law enforcement and the F.C.C., yet no agency has yet chosen to act. Why not, he asks?

 

“In consultation with several attorneys and security professionals, we are attempting to bring action against the agencies responsible for protecting citizens, and force them to act. The perpetrator(s) will also be be the subject of legal action. The press is being made aware of the situation as well. Light will, and must be shined on the atrocities being committed by this person/group.”

 

 

“Do me one favor,” Mitchell requested. “If nothing else, hold on to this email in case something happen to my cars or my accounts or in case [I’m] arrested for a crime… set up for there will be some type of proof if I need it. [W]ill you please save this?”

 

 

Those words penetrated this reporter even more deeply than others he’d written to Dupré. Breathtaking anguish, his and hers, clarified that she needed to write this, even if few read it, acknowledge the covert war crime, or demonstrate compassion toward the collateral damage. The same words from others, innocent self-identified Targeted Individuals had been written to this author.

 

 

They, too, had asked that their story be told before they were killed, people with names the reader has never seen make headlines, people who silently slipped away during the night and shook the TI community that has formed nationally in their struggle to survive. Sean Stinn, an intelligent, compassionate man, in his personal struggle to survive the targeting had helped other TIs, had written messages to Dupré. Susan Watkins, a polite and intelligent woman had frequently called Dupré on the telephone, when it wasn’t being hacked, begging that her story about being tortured with microwaves and getting death threats. There have been too many others to name.

 

Matthew’s plea brought a flood of guilt and sorrow to this author. You see, Stinn and Watkins are no longer here to tell their stories. The stories are so disturbing and diffcult to explain, it is no wonder that so few reporters try. The video below, however, explains how the “gangstalker” operatives are following and recording brain frequencies to torture people like Matthew Mitchell and thousands of other good innocent people with electric weapons to send messages to them, including death threats – and to torture and/or kill them – quickly (fast-death) or slowly (slow-death) such as through cancer.

While most information presented in the video above has been confirmed as accurate by researchers Dupré has contacted, veteran TI Eleanore White last week noted about it: “A cell phone can NOT, WIRELESSLY, read EEG activity. There are cell phone apps which can read very primitive EEG activity through WIRED headsets.”

 

 

“Until remote reading of EEG signals has been demonstrated at significant distances, at least across a room wirelessly, and more to the point, at next door neighbour distances, we should not claim this is in use on targets, as Skizit Gesture claims in the video,” White stated in an email copied to TIs, adding, “the Malech patent does not describe a demo, and can’t be used to prove remote EEG reading has been demonstrated.”

 

 

Australian surveillance expert Paul Baird, manager of Surveillance Issues.com explained this week to Dupré, however, that the military technology deployed into the hands of law enforcement and recruited contractors in neighborhoods is so advanced and classified, he no longer rules out anything.

 

 

“PLEASE HELP ME IN SOME WAY POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION I REFUSE TO DO NOTHING.”

 

 

That was Mitchell’s request on July 13. He continued:

 

 

“Will you post my story where the most readers can see it in every book paper internet in every thing that you can think of and use my name. I’m going to be murdered or sent some where for life prison or mental hospital if they set me up like they said they would with drugs or murder they are with law enforcement in some way for them to do that or work with the law. How can i defend myself against that[?]

 

 

“I wonder how many people have they murdered and the familys assume they died natural and crazy. My car and my health is going down very fast.

 

He said he treats people good, has no enemies, loves his family and God, so why are they doing this?

 

 

“If you know why, please tell me. I so tired i hope im making sense my head is foggy right now so i better go. But will you tell my story like i asked[?]

 

 

If you cant do anything else, i want people to know what happened to me for years and days to come. I hope you will do that dont let my death be about nothing. I will write you again soon,” he said, adding that if he doesn’t, “you will know something happened.”

 

 

“I would like to see my story written in every thing possible before im killed or sent away for something i didn’t do. Help me…

 

 

When this had not yet been published, Mitchell wrote again, his desperation obviously deepening.

 

“I’m still having major problems and they are still saying that they will kill me soon,” he explained.

 

He said that he thought people ignoring TI’s pleas for help “have a way of sticking there heads in the sand and blowing us off in other words forget about us, not knowing it could happen to them their kids or grandparents.”

 

He told me, “no one is immune from this torture, not even you.”

 

He wanted me to write his story, “even if it kills me.”  He said he wanted people to know what’s “going on and maybe help stop it from happening to others, me, my children or grandchildren.

 

Also, Mithcell hoped that by getting his story told publicly, it would bring out more TIs to speak out about the crime.

 

“That’s the only thing that will stop this, is the public speaking out against this. That’s why I hope you print my story big enough to see and in a publication that every one will read and get there attention. Could you give us more space so that we can be noticed in case someone read it and really want to help us?

 

Then Mitchell stated what other Tis have regarding individuals and TI advocate organizations preying on the vulnerability of the thousands being persecuted in this hidden surveillance program.

 

“I have been lied too and scammed out of my money by people not doing and being who or what they said they would do or be who they said or doing what they said they would do. I don’t understand how people can do that to a person that’s fighting for his or her life.”

 

In one of Mitchell’s last emails regarding publishing his story, he said what other TIs do:

 

“Don’t wait til I’m dead please.”
